The vibration of Lam Mantra stimulates and balances Tambulodara Chakra energy associated with stability and a sense of being grounded.
Lockages and energetic imbalances in this energy center can cause insecurity,
Anxiety disorders,
Fear,
Panic attacks,
Worry,
Excessive thinking,
Depression or nightmares.
Lam Singing can be used to alleviate these conditions.
The Mooladhara or root chakra is the first,
Located at the base of the spine,
Where it provides the foundation and support for the higher chakras.
When imbalanced,
Mooladhara provides courage,
Security and physical,
Emotional and spiritual stability.
Therefore,
Lam chanting can help open up feelings of security,
Prosperity and belonging.
It is particularly helpful when energy or soft steams low.
Lam chanting can be practiced in any stable sitting posture in which the spine can remain upright,
Such as easy pose or lotus pose,
And can be chanted at any time of the day.
We are going to chant Lam 108 times.
You can leave me the counting so you can relax and flow with the meditation.
It is important to focus on the inner vibration of this mantra while chanting,
In order to connect with the divine power within.
Simply close your eyes if they are still open.
Take some deep breaths.
Make sure your throat,
Mouth and tongue are relaxed while you make the mantra.
