Find a quiet,

Uncomfortable place where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.

Sit down and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let yourself relax and feel a sense of peace as you exhale.

As you continue to breathe deeply imagine a warm light surrounding you.

This light is filled up with positive energy and love.

With each inhale imagine this warm light filling you up with positive energies.

And with each exhale imagine any negative thoughts or emotions leaving your body.

As you focus on your breathing visualize yourself standing in a peaceful place like a beautiful forest.

Imagine that you are surrounded by beauty and tranquility.

Now bring to mind any negative thoughts or feelings that have been troubling you lately.

Acknowledge them but don't dwell on them.

Instead visualize them as dark clouds in the sky.

As you continue to breathe deeply imagine that the warm light surrounding you is getting brighter and stronger.

This light is so powerful that it starts to push away the dark clouds.

Keep focusing on your breathing and the warm light as it fills you up and pushes away the negative clouds.

Let the warmth and positivity wash over you,

Replacing any negative thoughts or emotions with a sense of calm and peace.

As you continue to breathe deeply imagine the warm light enveloping you completely.

You are now surrounded by positivity and love.

And all negative thoughts and feelings have been completely washed away.

Take a few more deep breaths.

And when you are ready slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to appreciate the feeling of calm and peace that surrounds you.

Remember that you can return to this place of peace and positivity any time you need to.

You can always focus on your breathing and visualize the warm light surrounding you,

Pushing away any negative thoughts or emotions.

Allow yourself to carry this feeling of calm and positivity with you as you continue with your day.
