Welcome to this Viha Mantra Meditation.

The vibration of the mantra stimulates and balances the Swadhisthana chakra energy associated with creativity,

Sexuality and identity.

Locages and energetic imbalances in this energy center can manifest as urinary or reproductive problems,

Kidney dysfunctions,

Healing disorders and lower back or pelvis pain.

Other consequences of Swadhisthana unbalanced are the feelings of boredom and apathy,

The lack of motivation and inspiration,

Being closed to others or in opposition finding ourselves too emotional and attached to our bones.

Sexual and creative blockages are also directly linked to Swadhisthana state.

Balm singing can be used to alleviate these conditions.

Swadhisthana or sacro chakra is the second,

Located in a lower abdomen area below the navel,

Where it governs the connection with sexuality,

Joy,

Pleasure,

Intimacy,

Acceptance and how we navigate change.

When in balance,

Swadhisthana provides creativity,

Confidence,

Passion and fluency.

It provides a connection with pleasure in a fluid and abundant way.

Therefore,

Vam chanting can help us to sustain our commitments,

Feeling open,

Willing to take risks and enjoy our sexuality through a healthy connection.

We are going to chant bam 108 times.

You can leave me to counting so you can relax and flow with the meditation.

It is important to focus on the inner vibration of this mantra while chanting,

In order to connect with the divine power within.

For that,

We are going to practice in a stable sitting posture,

Such as easy pose or lotus pose,

That allowed us to hold our spine straight,

Firm and upright during the whole practice.

If your eyes are still open,

Please close them.

Deeply breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Make sure your throat,

Mouth and tongue are relaxed while you make the mantra.

Slowly let go of the mantra.

Move your attention towards your breathing and gently start scanning your state.

You can remain sitting quietly as long as you need.

Feeling grateful for the experience that you have just gifted yourself.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you for sharing your practice with me.
