The vibration of our mantra stimulates and balances akhana chakra energy,

The source of intuition.

Blockages and energetic imbalances in this energy center can manifest us,

Insomnia,

Frequent headaches,

Sinus conditions,

Neurological disorders,

Eyes or ears issues,

Lack of imagination,

Unstressful or analytic tendencies.

Aung Sanghain can be used to alleviate these conditions.

Akhana or third eye chakra is the sixth,

Located at the center of the forehead between the eyes,

Where it governs the pituitary and pineal glands.

When in balance,

Akhana provides a strong sense of connection to intuition and wisdom,

The ability to discern truth from illusion,

And clarity to make decisive decisions.

Therefore,

Aung Sanghain can help us balance our physical and spiritual realities.

We are going to chant our mantra 108 times.

You can leave me to counting,

So you can relax and flow with the meditation.

It is important to focus on the inner vibration of this mantra while chanting,

In order to connect with the divine power within.

For that,

We are going to practice an stable sitting posture such as easy pose or lattice pose,

That allowed us to hold our spine straight,

Firm and upright during the whole practice.

We are going to breathe deeply twice.

Breathe in,

Deeply breathe in,

Breathe out.

Make sure your throat,

Mouth and tongue are relaxed while you make the mantra.
