Acknowledge any emotions that arise,
Observing them without judgment.
As you breathe in,
Invite acceptance and understanding into your heart.
With each exhale release any negative feelings or attachments associated with this relationship.
Visualize the healing light gently dissolving and clearing away any energetic blockages between you and the other person.
Feel a sense of freedom and peace as you let go of what no longer serves you in this connection.
Now extend this cleansing energy to the other person.
Envision them surrounded by the same healing light that envelops you.
Send a forgiveness and compassion,
