Welcome to this Vihan Mantra Meditation.
The vibration of Aum Mantra stimulates and balances Sahasrara chakra energy,
The connection to higher self.
Blockages and energetic imbalances in this energy center can manifest us.
Depression,
Chronic headaches,
Problems with physical coordination,
A sense of division,
Lack of motivation,
Attachment to possessions and unhealthy relationships.
Aum singing can be used to alleviate these conditions.
Sahasrara or heart chakra is the seventh,
Located in the top of the head,
Where it covers the brain,
Including the amygdala,
Responsible for memory,
Emotions and aggression.
When in balance,
Sahasrara provides a connection with the divine in the universe,
A sense of unity,
Finding us,
Being ourselves and being one with the world around us.
Therefore,
Aum chanting can help us with our spiritual connectivity and the ability to access a profound and lasting sense of joy and peace.
We are going to chant Aum Mantra 108 times.
You can leave me to counting,
So you can relax and flow with the meditation.
It is important to focus on the inner vibration of this mantra while chanting,
In order to connect with the divine power within.
For that,
We are going to practice an stable sitting posture such as easy pose or lattice pose,
That allowed us to hold our spine straight,
Firm and upright during the whole practice.
We are going to breathe deeply twice.
Breathe in,
Breathe out through your mouth.
Deeply breathe in,
Breathe out.
Make sure your throat,
Mouth and tongue are relaxed while you make the mantra.
