Hello,

My name is Sienna and welcome to this morning instinctual meditation to ground and send to you into your embodied truth.

I encourage you to listen to this first thing so that you don't sleepwalk into your day living on autopilot.

Instead,

This meditation invites you to meet yourself fully as you are in this moment so you can slow down in the morning and begin your day with clarity and presence.

Let's begin.

Gently close down your eyes.

Let your face relax.

Let your body melt down into the mattress beneath you.

Drop into the soft textures of your bed that support and envelop you.

Amplify your awareness of this comfort and allow these sensations to move through you to become you.

Now take a moment to allow all the sneaky stories of the mind to arise.

These little hooks your mind places you on that take you into doing mode.

All the shoulds,

The have-tos,

The to-dos,

The roles and responsibilities you play.

The stories you have built up about yourself and about life.

Let them all arise and draw them in towards you and then exhale allow them to dissolve away.

Each exhale is an opportunity to shed a layer of this skin of expectation and anticipation.

So use your breath to let yourself off of the hook.

There is nothing you need to do in this moment but remember your true nature,

A human being.

So let's drop into the body and explore.

Notice how does your energy feel in this moment?

What sensations are present in your body?

What might your body be trying to communicate with you?

As you explore the contours and textures within,

What could you do to bring some pleasure or relief into your body?

Maybe some gentle natural movements,

Circling the hips or stretching out leisurely like a cat.

Perhaps a cleansing sigh or yawn.

Let it be primal,

Instinctive,

Intuitive.

Place your hands on your body,

Feel the grounding of your own touch.

How much can you let yourself in?

In this moment.

Each moment you spend here you are choosing the path of wisdom.

Letting go of everything that feels urgent and instead honoring the one thing that feels important to you.

Your health,

Your happiness.

Now call into mind one thing you feel truly grateful for from yesterday.

And one thing you are most excited about today.

Now take all of the time you need to just lay here,

Absorbing the frequencies of these blessings and the life you get to live.

As you slowly step into your day,

Carry this presence with you.

Not rushing,

Not striving,

But moving with intention,

Ease and connection to yourself.

You are here,

Alive,

Awake.

Let today unfold from this place of true embodiment and deep gratitude.

You
