Energy Clearing And Management For The Energy Body

This meditation consists of energy-clearing visualizations. We are using tools to release and transform stuck energy as a consequence we clear the aura. Every action we perform in our day leaves behind an energetic residue, in yoga, this is called the samskara. In this energy clearing, we are attempting to restore clarity and balance to the energetic field.

Welcome to today's meditation. Today we will be working with our energy body and just allowing our awareness to flow into the body and into the field of our energy. Sometimes it's referred to our aura as well. So let's begin. Bring your awareness to your lower body whether you're seated on the chair or you're seated cross-legged on the floor. Just feel all the parts of your body that are against the floor. Get a good feel of your legs, Feet, Sit bones and just feel these anchoring points to ground your energy down. From this place of grounding bring your awareness to your spine, The torso. Feel that the spine lengthens effortlessly from this heavy ground of your seat and above the spine is your head and that your ears align slightly above your shoulders. The arms just relax down by your sides. By your sides. Hands can be folded in the lap or hands can rest on the knees, Palms facing up or down. Just take a moment here to be mindful or very present with your body. Just feeling your form. So now bring your awareness to the base of your spine. From the base of your spine visualize a grounding cord coming out from the base of your spine and let this grounding cord connect to the center of the planet. Once it goes to the center of the planet, Hook it into the center of the planet and press it on release. So this grounding cord is your connection with this planet and anything you want to release from your energy body you can release it down through this grounding cord to be recycled and renewed as new energy as it goes to the core of the earth. From this grounding cord you can now draw up 10% earth energy. Bring it into the bottoms of your feet, Into the legs, Into your hips and then send it down back into the grounding cord. Feeling the connection with your body and the planet earth energy. Now take your awareness way out into the cosmos. Visualize somewhere bright and sparkly and from this bright sparkly place in the cosmos you can bring in 90% cosmic energy and bring this energy through the top of your hand. Run this energy down your spine from the base of the spine. Pick up the 10% earth energy along with 90% cosmic energy. Run this up the front of side of your spine. Let it come up, Up to the head and then let it pour out from your head and spill into your aura. So the aura is the shape all the way around your body. It's kind of like an egg-like shape. You can allow for the cosmic vibration and the earth vibration to fill your aura and just have a sense of both of these energies cosmic and earth mingling and mixing within your aura. So the aura is an energetic field and the aura contains within it anything that's present in our energy body. So let's take a moment now to imagine a rose. This rose is going to be used to clear and move energies. You're going to practice creating and destroying roses for a moment. So imagine a rose. Create one. Just look at it. Notice if it has a scent, What color it is, If it's full bloom or not in full bloom, If it has thorns or no thorns. And then we'll practice destroying this rose by lighting the rose on fire with a match. So light a match, Throw it on the rose and destroy the rose. The rose turns into ash and this ash gets recycled through the grounding cord to the center of the planet. So let's create a rose and use this rose to remove any energy within your energetic field that has you feeling heavy. So maybe perhaps you feel heaviness in the abdomen. Maybe you feel it in your upper back or the area of your neck. But just take your rose wherever there might be a feeling of heaviness. And as you take your rose to this place in your body, Just allow the rose to absorb whatever vibration of heaviness that it can pick up. You can do circular motions, Back and forth motions with the rose. You can even visualize a rose to act as like a duster that you would use in house cleaning. Once you are complete with that, You can bring forward the rose, Light a match and throw it onto the rose. Let the energy of the rose disperse into ash, Flushing it down the grounding cord. Create another rose and this time let this rose go into your body wherever you may feel slight aches or pains or tightness. So this could be maybe in your jaw that you feel tight or achy. Maybe it's the sides of your neck. Maybe it's your back body or arms or your front body. Or perhaps it's in your hips and legs. Wherever that tightness may be, Let your rose go there. Gathering up the energy of tightness or aches and pains. Just allow the rose to be a cleaner, Like a duster. Picking up energy that doesn't feel like it's yours. That you've gathered this energy through stress or impressions of your daily activities. Now you can bring forward the rose. You can destroy the rose. You can destroy the rose and create another rose now. Let this rose gather up any vibration within your energy field and the body as well that has discomfort. Feeling of discomfort, Discomfort, Feeling uncomfortable. Sometimes we may experience discomfort or discomfort in our own bodies. So if this is the case, Just allow the rose to gather this energy up. Maybe it is discomfort related to what you have eaten a few hours ago. Whatever the discomfort may be that you're feeling, Just allow the rose to gather it. Once your rose feels like it's full, You can set it on fire and let the energy of the rose turn into ash. Now let's create a rose, A static rose. This rose in particular gathers up any static from your energy field. So we're going to take this static rose and just collect any static from the area of the third eye. So just the place between the eyebrows. The static that you're going to collect is information that you may be consuming through social media or the internet or the radio or any kind of information that feels like it's useless for you. It's just sitting in your consciousness or your third eye area. So you can gather up this static. The static can also be opinions or judgments of friends or family, Co-workers. Just allow this static rose to gather anything that is making your vision not clear. Not clear to who you are. Good. So now you bring this rose forward. You can destroy the rose. Let the energy disperse. Let's now destroy the grounding cord. Send a brand new grounding cord to the center of the planet. Hook it into the center of the planet and press it on release. Above your head now see a bright gold sun. In this gold sun put the energy of health, Vitality, Love, Compassion, Kindness, Beauty, Radiance and anything else you want to fill your energy body up with. Go ahead and put that in your sun. Once your sun feels like it's full you can reach up and pop a hole in the sun and allow for this high vibrational energy of the sun to pour into your body through the top of your head. And just begin to bathe in this golden light right from the top of the head. Filling your energy body up with these beautiful things. This health, Vitality, Compassion, Kindness, Beauty, Radiance. Feeling the golden light tingle and dance within your cells, Bones and other tissues. Extending the golden light into your aura as well. The space that surrounds your body and also into the grounding cord as well. You may stay here for a little longer basking in this golden light. Namaste.
