To connect with the inner world,

You need to surrender and let go of everything external.

You have to be willing to be present.

If you are listening to this,

You are nurturing yourself and have the intention of going deeper within.

The deeper you go within the inner world,

The more relaxed you will feel.

All I ask from you is to forget about everything,

Just for a few minutes.

Nothing else matters.

Now it is all about you.

Today I will be guiding you through a simple breathing technique.

All you need to do is let go,

Relax and listen to my voice.

When we connect with the breath,

We connect with the present moment,

Eternal now.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

We are going to scan through your body,

From your toes to your head.

As we go through each section of your body,

Consciously liberate all tension.

As I mention a body part,

Place your awareness on it and relax.

Right foot,

Let go.

Liberate all tension.

Right leg,

Relax.

Left foot,

Relax,

Let go.

Left leg,

Sink into the ground.

Right hand,

Relax.

Left hand,

Let go.

Left arm,

Release all tension.

Relax your jaw,

Relax your eyebrows.

Release all tension from your forehead.

Allow your shoulders to drop down.

If you are seated,

Allow your sit bones to sink into the chair,

The pillow.

Feel yourself relax.

If you are laying down,

Feel the ribs pull towards the ground.

Relax your jaw once again and your eyebrows.

This area of the body usually becomes tense.

Let go of all the tension you carry.

Let it all go.

And through your body,

Be aware as it becomes lighter and lighter.

Let go.

Allow your mind and body to float and drift away.

Let go.

Let go of everything and drift away.

Let go.

Let go.
