Consciously liberate all tension.
As I mention a body part,
Place your awareness on it and relax.

If you are seated,
Allow your sit bones to sink into the chair,
The pillow.
Feel yourself relax.
If you are laying down,
Feel the ribs pull towards the ground.
Relax your jaw once again and your eyebrows.
This area of the body usually becomes tense.
