A blend of conscious connected breathwork, 1-2 minute breath holds, and super coherent breathwork to move stuck energy out of the lower chakras, up into the crown chakra. This mixture of strong and slow breathwork with breath holds powerfully stimulates and rebalances both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems for optimal health.

Welcome to Psychedelic Breathwork Journey.
We'll be doing four rounds of belly chest out breathing followed by breath retentions ranging from one to two minutes.
Breathing belly chest out in a circular motion.
Helps to move the energy stuck in your lower centers.
Moving this energy and transforming it.

Just take a moment here.
Get comfortable.
Zoom in to the sounds around you.
Feel the sounds that enter your ears.
Notice the vibrations.
Really feel the sound.
How many distinct sounds can you feel?
Can you tell the difference?
Near and far?
Know if a sound is near or if it's far away.
Pull your awareness out into the sound field.
Use your body with the sounds.
Gradually pull your attention back and notice your breathing.
Start by noticing the breath.

Very powerful breathwork session! I absolutely loved the experience, especially the combination with the singing bowls—it was beautiful. The only issue I noticed was that your voice was sometimes hard to hear, possibly due to the recording quality. Would you be able to look into that?
