Hey everybody,

Welcome.

Take some time to settle in,

Get comfortable.

You can sit up or lie down,

Whatever works for you.

This meditation is all about feeling centered,

Grounded,

And fully in your body.

So often our energy is all over the place.

Thoughts are still with a conversation we had an hour ago.

Sometimes our emotions are tied to another person,

Or our memories are stuck in the past.

And all of these thoughts and feelings have energy and it's displaced.

We want to draw all of that back into our beautiful bodies so we can be whole and fully present right here,

Right now.

So let's take several deep cleansing breaths and when you inhale,

Feel that air expanding your abdomen,

Filling up your chest,

And giving you life.

And when you exhale,

Notice if it helps release any tension you might have in your body.

Maybe some tightness in your neck,

Some heaviness in your heart.

Just notice.

Focus on each breath and how it's manifesting in your body both on the inhales and the exhales.

As you're breathing and you're exhaling,

Imagine your fists unclenching and the soles of your feet opening up.

Shoulders dropping away from your ears.

The inside corners of your eyes releasing.

The outside corners of your eyes doing the same.

Any tension in your brow.

Let it unfurl.

Start to notice a few centimeters off of your skin.

Can you feel the energy field gently vibrating?

This is your life emanating from you.

Just allow yourself to be with your own life force.

Now imagine there's a gentle rain starting to drizzle on top of your head.

Let the water just wash over you.

Feel it cascading down your face onto your shoulders.

Down your abdomen.

Running down your legs.

Over your feet.

And into Mother Earth.

You know,

Imagine that water from the rain is now heavier.

You're standing under a waterfall.

It's rushing over you.

Saturating every area of your body,

Running down your arms,

Down your fingers,

Down your back,

Down your calves.

Down the front of your body.

Down your shins,

Over your feet.

Let that water just cleanse every bit of you.

See it washing away.

Any stress.

Any burdens.

Any fears.

Now imagine you are water.

You're not the body,

You're not your role,

You're not in any place,

In any time.

You're just water.

Embrace the freedom that that brings.

You're free to flow.

And wash away anything that isn't serving you.

If your mind is starting to wander,

Attaching to thoughts,

Just go back to your breath.

And feel those inhales and exhales flowing through your body.

Be the breath.

Now let's play.

Now let's play.

Your favorite color.

And see it underneath your feet,

In your mind's eye.

And I want you to imagine this color,

Whether it's blue,

Yellow,

Green,

Red.

Any color you pick.

I want you to imagine it slowly moving up from the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs.

And as it's going up your body,

It's filling up every inch.

So that your feet become the color,

Your legs become the color.

Moves up over your waist.

Feels your abdomen.

Illuminates your chest.

Lights up both of your arms.

Feels in your neck.

And colors in your entire head.

Just be the color and nothing else.

How does that color feel?

And again,

Go back to your breath.

If you're struggling to keep a clear head,

Don't worry about it,

If you are,

It doesn't matter.

No judgment.

Whatever you're experiencing is what you're experiencing.

There's no right or wrong.

It's just noticing.

And then gently drawing ourselves back into the present.

Each time we draw ourselves back in,

We're making ourselves whole and being fully alive,

Embracing the energy that sustains us.

And settling into the heart,

Into the love that we're made of.

Allowing ourselves to make time for these experiences.

Where we can simply be and drop all the roles that we carry.

All the expectations.

All the shoulds.

We can let go of all of those things.

And just be in our bodies.

Alive.

Breathing.

Aware.

It brings us peace.

And peace carries us.

So let's slowly focus on our breath.

Remember to notice our fingers and our toes.

Feel ourselves in the room that we're in.

And gently allow ourselves to come back into our environment.

And just know that when we open our eyes,

We can take this feeling,

This knowing,

This being present with us wherever we go.

Into our days,

If this is the morning you're just getting started,

Or into our sleep,

If it's time to rest.

So when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and be love.
