Hello everybody,
Welcome.
Let's make yourself comfortable.
You can sit up or lie down,
Whatever works for you.
This is a time for you to feel the most at home in your surroundings,
In your body.
So whatever feels good,
Make that the priority.
This time is going to be about letting go of all the things that aren't serving us,
That are keeping us from experiencing peace so that we can find that sense of stillness in our heart and a sense of quiet in our mind.
So let's just start by taking some deep cleansing breaths.
And when you're inhaling,
Just really think about drawing in love into your heart space.
Just hold that for a bit,
The top of your inhale.
And then as you exhale,
Think about letting go of whatever is stressful,
Worrisome,
Confusing.
With every inhale and exhale,
Go through this process of breathing in love and breathing out any discord.
Feel at your own pace.
If you notice that your thoughts are starting to take over,
Just go back to the breath and be with that life giving force that's inside you.
Feel it in your body.
And if your mind does wander,
Don't worry about it.
Just notice.
And just bring yourself back to your breath.
So now,
I want you to imagine your hands are unclenching.
Like a fist opening up.
And the soles of your feet are relaxing.
And then release any tension in the corners of your eyes,
The inside and the outside corners.
Just let them go.
Soften.
If your shoulders are tight,
Just let them drop down from your ears.
Any tension in your forehead.
And that as well.
Notice anywhere in your body where there's any tension,
Any tightness,
Any constriction.
And let it release.
Now I want you to imagine a process of leaving your body for this time during this meditation.
And how we're going to accomplish that is I want you to put all of your attention on the tops of your toes.
I want you to imagine that you're peeling your toes up and back towards you and starting to fold them in on themselves so that you're starting to roll your physical body up and towards you.
So you're rolling your toes up and then under and then continuing that motion of rolling up your feet,
The tops of your ankles.
And then continue rolling up the front of your shins.
So it's like you're just rolling up your physical body.
And as you're doing this,
I want you to imagine that any ache or pain that you're feeling in a bone or a joint or a muscle is being rolled right up with your body.
So you're rolling up over your knees,
Rolling up over your thighs,
Rolling up over your waist.
And as you get into your core area,
Notice if there's any emotions that feel stuck somewhere in your body,
And roll those right into yourself as well.
So now we're rolling up over our abdomen,
Rolling up our chest and rolling up to our throat area.
And now pause.
Now imagine your fingertips,
Place all of your attention there and start folding them back and rolling your fingers up and under.
So each arm you're rolling your body,
Rolling the back of your hand,
Your wrists,
Your forearms,
Your upper arms,
Rolling up your shoulders and now connecting that to the main part of your body that you just rolled up from your feet.
And that all three of these sections are now one giant roll that you will continue rolling up over your neck and your chin,
Your face,
And then right off the crown of your head.
So now your physical body is above you and what's left is your energy,
Pure light.
Allow yourself to sense your aura.
What are you feeling?
This is your true essence.
Your spirit,
The love you're made of.
And it's free.
Free to live.
Free to experience.
Free to exist.
Without any blockages,
Pain points,
Suffering.
For right now you're just an energy body.
Pure light just shining.
Being and receiving.
Right now,
In this moment,
All is well.
There's nothing to cling to.
The only thing we need to do is just be.

Now,
Before we bring our bodies back,
I just want you to get back to your breath.
And imagine inhaling bright cosmic light into your energy body.
Divine love.
And pure peace.
Just feel yourself absorb all of this positive energy.
And now,
Slowly,
Gently,
Begin the process of folding your body,
Your physical body,
Back in to your energy body.
You start to roll down over the crown of your head,
Over your forehead,
Down your face,
Your chin,
Down your neck.
Unfold down each arm,
Over your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Roll your torso down over your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your waist,
And down each leg,
Over your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your ankles,
And into your feet,
And right back into your toes.
Notice if you feel different in your body than you did when we started.
Do you feel the vibration of your field,
The love,
Frequency that's emanating from your entire body?
It's always there.
It's always humming.
You just have to be tapped into it.
When we can let go of all that's not serving us,
And plug into what does serve us,
Love being the ultimate source of energy and inspiration,
We can get through hard things.
And just remember up to this point in life,
You have 100% track record of doing hard things because you're here,
Right now.
Remember your strength.
Remember the love you're made of.
Hold on to it.
And be love.
