Hey everybody,

Welcome.

So just settle in and make yourself comfortable.

This time is for you to be completely content and at peace in your setting.

So pick a position that feels right to you,

Whether that's sitting or lying down.

If you want some comfortable pillows.

Don't get caught up in how you're sitting.

The most important thing is that you're taking this time to just be.

With you,

With your body,

Your energy,

Your heart,

And your being.

So I invite you to begin with some deep cleansing breaths.

Fully in.

So you feel your abdomen raise and your chest fill up.

And then fully out.

Feel that life force exhaling out of your body.

Really breathe deeper and more slowly than you've noticed yourself doing lately.

So often we are shallow breathing and we're not paying attention.

So be mindful of what slower and deeper means for you.

And go there.

With every inhale,

Breathe in joy,

Gratitude,

Love,

Compassion for yourself.

And with every exhale,

Breathe out all that's not serving you.

Whether that's feeling guilty,

Feeling doubt,

Judging yourself in any way.

Let those things go and feel your body and your heart and your mind soften as you exhale.

These disempowering thoughts,

Feelings,

And beliefs.

Allow the corners of your eyes,

The inside corners and the outside corners to soften and release.

Your shoulders to drop.

Hands to unclench.

The elbows of your feet to let go.

Keep focusing on your breath.

If your thoughts come in,

That's fine.

Don't judge them.

Just let them go.

And go back to the mindful breathing and notice coming in and going out and bringing peace into your being.

I invite you to make contact with your heart space in some way.

Maybe one hand,

Two hands,

Prayer hands,

Somehow,

Some way.

Connect with your heart,

Both physically and mentally.

I want to invite you to put your intention fully on your heart space.

Envision what that looks like inside of you.

It could be a magical place.

It doesn't need to be an actual heart unless that's what works for you.

I like to choose a cave.

And I have a lot of important people that meet me in this sacred space in my heart when I go here.

Choose something that feels good,

Feels holy and peaceful.

And the third way we're going to connect here besides the physical and the imagery,

The attention is our breathing.

I invite you to imagine your breaths coming into your heart and exhaling out of your heart space.

Really feel your chest expand in this breath filling up this beautiful life giving space inside of you.

And just be here in your heart.

Notice what comes up.

How are you feeling?

How is this concentrated attention in this area of your body manifesting for you?

Maybe certain emotions are coming up.

Different thoughts.

And I invite you to let go of any thoughts.

See them but don't cling to the best of your ability.

Just notice.

Now I invite you to really settle into this heart space and allow feelings of gratitude,

Compassion,

Love,

Forgiveness,

Grace,

And joy to fill you up.

Maybe you can think of someone you love,

Somebody who means a lot to you,

Someone who's passed,

Maybe a pet.

Just really cultivate all these beautiful emotions toward this person and let your heart expand and build.

When we allow ourselves to embrace these positive emotions and give ourselves time and space to sit with them,

The energy contained in these emotions does wonderful things for our well-being,

For healing,

For peace of mind.

It sets our body up for good chemicals that promote health and keep us feeling whole and energized and at peace.

No matter what's going on outside of us,

We can generate this beautiful environment within.

All that good energy that you've created inside,

The love,

The gratitude,

The compassion,

The joy,

And even forgiveness,

Send that out,

Maybe to the person you were thinking about or to anyone who really needs this light and this love in this moment.

Bring peace to them.

We're all connected and this makes a real difference in their world and in yours and in mine.

Let the light in you shine into their being and let love do what love does.

Think about this love that you've cultivated.

And remember that it's inside of you all the time.

It's there just waiting for your attention,

Your awareness.

And you can drop into this space in your heart when things get gnarly in the outside world and things get overwhelming and fear grabs hold.

So many things we can't control in the external world,

But this inner tranquility,

This loving awareness is always there.

It's a matter of dropping right into it and letting it hold us,

Strengthen us,

Carry us,

And provide the clarity we need to do the next right thing when life gets wonky.

So as you become more aware of your body,

Your surroundings,

Get ready to go about our day.

Remember to take this feeling with you,

This inner bliss,

This harmony,

This peace.

And let it cleanse you throughout the day and know that wherever your feet are planted,

When you are in this space,

This mindset,

This heart awareness full of love and gratitude and joy,

You automatically send that out to everyone around you,

Wherever you are.

So thank you.

Thank you for taking the time and giving yourself this gift.

And thank you for sharing it with the world.
