Hey everybody,
Welcome.
This meditation is to help you get centered deep into your heart space.
Feel a sense of peace and grounding.
So get comfortable,
Sit up straight if that works for you.
Lay down if that works for you.
If you can keep your spine straight and that's comfortable,
Go for that.
But don't get caught up in your posture.
Just simply be and allow yourself to relax and settle in.
Start with a deep cleansing inhale.
And as you exhale,
Just imagine blowing out whatever it is from your day that isn't serving you.
And notice your breath,
How it feels in your body.
And thank yourself for making time to take care of you.
It's a gift and you deserve it.
Just let your breathing come and go naturally.
There's no right or wrong way.
Now I'd like you to think of someone you love deeply.
Really envision this person,
What they mean to you,
Why you love them.
Let the memories you've shared flash in your mind's eye as you recall the good times,
The moments of connection,
The little things about this person that just bring you so much joy.
And allow that love you have to just build and fill up your heart space.
Soak it in.
Notice how being filled with love manifests in the rest of your body.
Is it beyond just your heart and your chest?
Maybe you feel a tingling,
Warmth,
Maybe a lightness or an airiness.
Just be with that whatever that feeling is for you.
Now hold this love that you've gathered into your heart.
Allow it to continue expanding as you recall the person that you love.
And just for a moment I want you to pay attention to anything else in your life from this day,
From this week that was upsetting in some way.
Maybe you're in a struggle at work,
In a relationship with a loved one,
Friend.
Maybe the world is just too much.
And wherever that negative feeling is in your body,
If you feel a tightness,
A heaviness,
An emptiness,
I want you to direct the love that you've built up in your heart right into that not so pleasant space.
And you don't have to do anything.
Send the love there and then just let love do what love does and breathe.
Now I'd like you to bring that person back into the forefront of your mind,
The person that you love.
And let all those feelings build once again inside your heart.
Really let it expand as far as it can inside you.
Don't hold back,
Just let the love flow in and fill you up.
Now I want you to imagine that all this love that you feel for this other person is being directed right back at you because you deserve this love from yourself.
You're worthy of it.
Allow yourself to sink into it because this love,
It defines you.
Nothing else in the world matters but this right here in this moment.
You allowing you to receive your own love for the beautiful person that you are as is in this moment.
And breathe.
This love that you're feeling right now,
It can be accessed at any time.
It's up to you to allow yourself to sink into it,
To turn off the thoughts that are disempowering,
The negative chatter,
The limiting beliefs and sink down from your head into your heart.
That's your superpower.
And when you sit in that space of love for yourself and believing in your worth and being grateful for the life that you have and knowing you are loved exactly as you are,
That's when magic happens in life.
This is a space where you create,
You dream and you heal.
And you have it wherever you go.
This love is a container so vast that it can carry everything in your life no matter what it is,
No matter how hard,
No matter how confusing,
No matter how fearful life can be.
Love,
It holds all that and you can take it with you wherever you go.
So the way you're feeling right now,
Remember this and take it with you.
Let it carry you the rest of your day.
Let it carry you through the night,
Through your sleep.
And anytime you need a refill,
Just go back and fill up.
You deserve this.
Receive it.
