When I first started meditating regularly, I found it hard to do it alone. It was hard for me to take a few minutes to sit alone and meditate. That was more than 10 years ago. Now, I embrace some time alone to sit and meditate. In this guided meditation, take 3 minutes to enjoy some solitude time.
