Hello and welcome to the Fountain of Light guided meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to help you connect with your highest self and to the energy of divine oneness and also to help you consciously create your day,
Your self and your life.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position.
You can be seated in a chair or on the floor or you can lie down if you prefer.
As long as you are able to get your body and spine aligned.
Now begin to get grounded.
Bring your awareness to the parts of your body that are touching the surface you are on.
Move deeper into that surface.
Merge yourself down into the surface you are on.
Surrender yourself into the surface and into the earth.
Keep your awareness here for a moment.
Merge grounding down deeper down.
Bring your awareness to the root of your core,
Your perineum,
Near your tailbone.
Set an intention to ground down deeper,
Surrendering down.
Can you sense a deep groundedness,
Allow your core,
Your energetic spine,
Allow this core to gently elongate.
Gently draw your awareness up through this energetic spine in the center of you.
Notice how your body,
Your energy moves upward just by this thought of upwards.
As you gently bring your awareness up,
Allow your chest to open and expand and your shoulders to relax back and down.
And now notice how this upward energy allows your head to lighten and lengthen up off of your shoulders.
Bring your awareness up to the crown of your head,
To your fontanel,
The fountain of light.
And begin to soften at the top of your head.
Allow your crown to begin to gently open.
Keep bringing your awareness to the top of your head and release the muscles of your scalp.
Release the muscles of your whole head.
And as you soften your crown and let go,
Become aware of a subtle sensation of opening there at the top of your head.
Let the top of your head open like a flower that is blooming.
Feel this sensation.
Keeping this feeling of openness,
Slowly allow your awareness to begin to move back down through your body.
Slowly moving down,
Moving your awareness down through your head and through your neck and shoulders.
Slowly moving down.
And as your awareness travels down,
Lovingly release any tension along the way.
So that energetically,
You begin to feel calm and clear.
Notice how your body feels when it is deeply grounded.
Slowly and expansively wide open and deeply relaxed.
Stay here in this expansive grounded sensation.
Allowing your unique presence to gently bloom.
Breathe softly.
Begin deeper.
And notice the way it feels to breathe,
Let go,
And feel.
And then settle deeper into it.
And become still.
Become aware of your breath.
Aware of your breath breathing itself.
Sense how your belly rises and falls.
Soften.
Notice how it rises and falls all by itself.
And then begin to feel how your breath ripples through your body.
Like when you drop a pebble into water,
It ripples out and then comes back to center.
Sense this rippling.
Soften even deeper.
Let your awareness gently move around and through your entire body.
Lovingly let go of every tension.
Bringing your awareness to this now moment.
Forget what you remember or what you look like.
Forgetting everything except being here now.
Consciously relaxed and open.
Feel.
Sense it.
Gently begin to bring your awareness to the feeling of the energy that is you.
The energy that is your presence.
Sense this energy.
It is you.
Eyes are soft.
Face soft.
Jaw soft.
Become aware of how relaxed you are.
And if any tension remains,
Let go of it now.
So that energetically,
You are as expansive and wide open as possible in this stillness.
Completely relaxed.
Wide open.
Sensing.
Feeling.
Experiencing.
Stay in this stillness for a few more moments.
Slowly.
Gently.
Begin to allow your eyes to open a little.
Keeping your gaze soft.
Slowly allowing them to open.
Little by little.
Until they are open.
And keeping this soft gaze.
This awareness and expansiveness.
Bringing this new sense of open expansiveness into your day.
And with it,
Bringing new possibilities and opportunities.
Thank yourself for showing up for yourself today.
And extend your gratitude to everyone and everything everywhere.
When you are grateful,
You are open to receiving.
And when you are at peace,
You radiate peace to the whole planet.
