Hello,

Welcome to the self-healing with self-love meditation.

I'm Sheila Derflier,

Your host.

The intention of this meditation is to tune into the healing energy of love for self-healing.

Let's begin.

Begin by bringing your awareness to the surface you are either seated or lying on.

Begin to ground down into the loving core of the earth.

In a cord,

Moving down from your perineum into the core of the earth,

Grounding you and nurturing you and supporting you.

Feel your body merging with the surface you are on and begin to sink deeper into that surface.

Know that you are safe and you are loved.

You are supported and nurtured.

And know that this is your time right now to connect with your highest self,

To connect with your soul,

Your intuition,

To connect with superconscious and all that is.

Continue softening,

Releasing,

And letting go.

Sinking deeper,

Grounding deeper into the surface you are on.

Begin to soften your breath.

And as you bring your awareness to your breath,

Just notice on your next inhale,

Is there any tension or restriction as you inhale?

Just notice.

You don't need to change anything quite yet.

Just notice any holding,

Any discomfort.

And on your next exhale,

Consciously release whatever it is that you can release in this moment.

And just like a mother who lovingly encourages and embraces her child,

Love and embrace all those parts of you that are holding,

That are doubting,

That are resisting.

And just let that love melt away everything that is ready to be released.

As you bring your awareness to your breath,

It might have already deepened and softened.

Let's begin to see if you can lengthen and soften just a little bit more.

Gently and lovingly lengthening your inhale and lengthening your exhale in the most gentle,

Loving way.

Just being so soft and loving with yourself.

Really nurturing yourself.

Gently acknowledging yourself.

You've made it this far on your journey and you're doing an amazing job.

Image how far you've actually come.

And just let that love that you have,

Just let that love expand a little bit more and begin to fill you up.

Replenishing you with the healing energy of love.

You have all that you need inside you.

And on your next inhale,

Bring your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest.

And as you exhale,

Allow this love to expand further.

As you sink deeper into yourself and deeper into the surface you are on.

So that you're simultaneously grounded and expanded.

You get to be grounded and totally your expanded self.

As you inhale,

Feel the love expanding in your heart center and your chest.

And as you exhale,

Radiating this loving energy to every molecule,

Every atom,

Every cell,

Organ and all the tissues and systems in your body.

And on your next inhale,

Feeling this love expanding again in your heart center.

And as you exhale,

Sending that love radiating through your body out to your energy field and beyond.

Feel this love pulsing,

Rippling out from your heart center,

Through your body,

Through your energy field and out to the universe.

Feel what this feels like.

Really,

Deeply remember this expanded version of you.

This limitless you,

This abundant you.

Can you feel the essence of you?

Can you feel how beautiful your pure presence is?

You are glorious.

Feeling sensing this expanded version of you.

And you can tap into this anytime you need.

Just feel your essence.

Feel this love that is inside you,

That radiates from you.

You have this for yourself.

Your heart knows.

Your heart knows how to connect you to your own presence.

Your heart connects you to you,

To your soul's path,

To your intuition,

To your inner guidance,

And to this deep,

Deep love for yourself,

For your life,

For your journey,

And for all that is.

On your next inhale,

Sense this energy that is you,

This love that is you.

See if you can expand a little more so that with each inhale,

This energy expands inside you.

And with each exhale,

You radiate this energy out from your heart to the world around you.

Exhaling and expanding that love,

And exhaling and radiating that love.

So you're merging with this abundant energy.

You are part of it.

And it is part of you.

And you are integral to this energy.

You are an important part of this love.

You get to feel it,

Express it,

Experience it,

Embody it,

And live it.

You get to experience love with all of your senses and with all levels of your being.

There are no limits to this love.

It expands as you expand.

So if there's any place in your body or your mind that you want to focus this healing energy of love,

Take a moment.

And on your next inhale,

Sense the energy of love.

Exhaling that body part,

That organ.

Or if there's a thought or a belief that you want to heal with the love,

Send this energy there to transform it,

To heal it.

And as you exhale,

Feel the body part,

The organ,

The thought or belief softening on the exhale.

Send this energy to transform and heal.

And just love this part of you into wholeness.

Breathing out in this place for a while longer.

Continuing to send the loving energy to this part of you.

And when you're ready,

You can bring your awareness again to your heart center.

And just hanging out in this beautiful energy of love.

And if there is any more tension or holding that you can release in this moment,

Release it now.

When you're ready,

Slowly,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.

You can begin to bring small movements to your hands and your feet and your body.

And when you're ready,

You can begin bringing micro movements to your eyes.

Gently and lovingly,

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open a little bit at a time.

Keeping your gaze soft.

Keeping your heart expanded.

And remembering this love that you have for yourself.

And carrying this love with you throughout your day.

And remembering this love that you have for yourself.

And remembering this love that you have for yourself.
