And welcome to this guided meditation softening into self.
I'm Sheila Duhrfluhr,
Your host,
And I'm going to be guiding you on a journey to soften into yourself,
Your higher self,
Your spirit.
You can do this meditation seated in a chair or seated on the floor or lying on your back if that's more comfortable.
Wherever you will be most comfortable and where you can be deeply relaxed and yet still awake.
Let's begin.
Ask your higher self,
Your angels and guides to allow the wisdom and healing that wants to come through for your highest good to come through now.
Allow the healing energy of love to heal and transform every level of your being mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically,
And spiritually.
Allow the healing energy of love to transform all trauma and patterns that no longer serve you and transform them on the atomic level,
The cellular level,
The tissue level,
The organ level,
And all the systems of your body.
Allow the healing energy of love to bring healing genetically,
Ancestrally,
Karmically,
And across all timelines and dimensions.
Begin to notice the places where your body comes in contact with the surface you are lying or sitting on.
Allow your body to soften into that surface.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Allow your breath to naturally and gently soften.
Bring kindness and love and gentleness to your breath.
Notice the sensation of your abdomen rising and falling with each breath.
S soften deeper,
Releasing deeper into the surface you are sitting or lying on.
Releasing down,
Grounding down.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Soften your feet,
Your ankles,
Softening the joint and the muscles around each ankle.
Soften the shin bones and the muscles at the back of your lower legs,
Releasing your calf muscles and all the muscles of your lower legs.
Soften your knees,
All the muscles,
Ligaments,
And tendons.
Softening releasing.
Soften your thighs,
The front of your thighs,
And the back of your thighs.
Feel the muscles releasing down.
Soften your groin area,
The psoas muscles,
Your buttocks.
Notice if there is any holding in any of the areas of the front or the back of this area of your body.
See if you can release and soften a bit more.
Then your lower abdomen,
Your hips,
Softening the tops of the leg bone inside the hip socket,
Releasing,
Softening.
Soften your sacrum,
Your low back.
Soften the front of your body in the abdomen area.
Soften your solar plexus.
Then your mid back.
Soften your chest,
Your sternum,
And all the muscles of your rib cage and your diaphragm.
Then with each breath,
Soften your upper chest near your clavicle and your shoulders and your shoulder blades and your upper back.
Softening down,
Releasing.
Soften the tops of your arms,
Your upper arms,
The front and the back and the sides.
Soften the sides of your upper arms.
Soften your elbows.
Soften your forearms.
Soften your wrists.
Soften your hands and your fingers.
Soften your neck,
The back of your neck and the front of your neck and the sides of your neck.
Soften your throat.
Soften your jaw.
Allow it to loosen and soften and release.
Soften the back of your head.
Feel it releasing down and the muscles of the scalp,
The back of your scalp,
The top of your scalp.
Then softening your ears,
Softening your temples,
Softening your whole face,
Your mouth,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Softening all the muscles around your eyes and even the muscles at the back of the eyes.
Softening.
Allow the muscles of your forehead to soften and release.
And now notice how your body has softened completely.
And then bring your awareness to your breath and bring your breath into your heart center,
Breathing in the energy of love.
Feel how with each in-breath and out-breath,
The energy of love expands from within you.
Notice how with each breath in through your heart center,
The energy of love deepens and expands the energy of love is radiating from within you.
And it's expanding and growing and activating every cell of your being,
Every atom of your being.
Allow this energy of love to fill you and expand and radiate through you and how it expands to surround you radiating a big ball of beautiful,
Loving energy around you.
This energy of love is you.
This energy of love is in you and surrounds you.
You are one with the source of this energy of love.
Feel how it expands and moves through you and how it radiates around you.
This is the energy of love that is always with you.
It is always in you and it is always around you.
This energy of love nourishes you and supports you.
This energy of love is one with you.
You are one with this energy of love,
This divine energy of love.
Stay in this space a little longer,
Noticing and softening deeper into the sense of nourishing love.
You are supported.
You are nourished.
You are loved.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to bring your awareness to your body and to the room that you're in.
Slowly and gently begin to notice any sounds around you.
You can bring small movements to your hands and your feet.
When you're ready,
You can begin to bring some movement to your limbs.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and know that you can bring this energy of love with you throughout the rest of your day.
You are one with this energy of love.
