Welcome to this meditation.
Take a moment to settle into yourself and get comfortable.
We are about to begin on a journey to reclaim our self-worth.
We will be coming into a couple cleansing breaths together as we begin our practice.
Taking a deep breath in,
In a nice big noisy.
Let it go.
Feel your shoulders melt away from the ears.
And just be.
One more just like that.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Lightly closing your eyes as you melt into your body,
Letting it rest.
As the gravity here on earth carries out its purpose and effortlessly supports you,
You are safe and grounded.
You have nothing else you need to be doing except being here and simply listening to my words and the flow of your breath.
I want to gently remind you that you are exquisite.
All of your tender wounds and fierce inner flames.
All of your authentic dents and cracks.
Diamonds and gold scattered throughout your being.
You are treasure.
Everything you have been searching for is buried deep within your chest,
Engraved in your bones and sculpted in the curves of your smile.
The times where you felt lost,
Wrecked and abandoned were the soft cries of your soul beckoning you to come home to yourself.
Your home within your safe haven.
The place where your walls are made of silk and the roof of vines that grow blossoms in all of your wild colors.
The blossoms where you drink the sweet nectar dripping from the fruits of your labor.
You have done so well for yourself.
Now,
Taking your time to arrive here.
Allowing your heart space to fill with appreciation for everything you have accomplished and everything that you are and everything that you will be.
As you continue to focus on your breath here,
I invite you to welcome in a memory of when you completed a task you once thought you would never be able to do.
A time when you released your emotions,
Spoke your truth as your body trembled in fear.
All the times you have risen above and persevered and stayed true to yourself.
I would like to remind you now of the strength it took to silence all of the voices that I've tried to bring you down.
The voices that may have cut your self-confidence into a million tiny pieces.
Words of strangers,
Loved ones,
Or anyone who has ever misguided you away from your own light.
Have forgiveness for them.
Forgive yourself for allowing your self-worth to be accidentally placed in someone else's hands.
I invite you to take a moment to reflect on your own life.
Forgive yourself for allowing your self-worth to be accidentally placed in someone else's hands.
The hands that were never there to support your dreams or hold you in times of sorrow or celebration.
The hands that never touched your skin and felt your beauty radiating from within.
Give thanks to them now,
For they have personally handed you a reminder that the love inside of yourself needed to be tended to.
To be watered and fertilized so your vibrant wild colors could bloom even brighter.
They led you to the sweet place where you wholeheartedly know that you are the only one you need.
To remember your own thoughts and feelings are the ones that truly matter.
They brought you here to this moment where you simply feel your breath and the lively essence of your presence.
Where the walls are made of silk and the roof of vines and you are the only one that has the keys to get inside.
Past your strong protective exterior and into your heart's treasure chest.
Taking a big breath in,
Exhale let it go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Thinking yourself for showing up today and reclaiming your self-worth.
Remembering everything you've been through and everything you deserve.
Bringing your palms to your heart center.
Breathe in,
Just be here and hold yourself as you repeat after me or let the words echo everywhere.
I am exquisite and I am worthy.
I am exquisite and I am worthy.
Always remembering this throughout your day.
And holding yourself in love and enjoying your thoughts and feelings.
And holding yourself in love and enjoying your vibrant wild colors and beautiful light.
You have so much to be proud of.
You are doing so well.
Thank you for joining me and I will see you next time.
