Hello beautiful human,

Thank you for being here Most importantly,

Thank you for putting yourself first today For taking this time out to focus on your well-being Is so important I'm just starting to Sit with yourself here and just allowing the rest of your world to fall quiet Just bringing your focus to the slight humming energy inside Just allowing whatever is happening to happen You have full control over yourself right in this moment And I know there's been so many times where I've been so focused on my own and I know there's been so many times where everything feels so heavy The world around us the changes that are constantly happening And sometimes we feel lost And know that that is okay Not knowing the future doesn't mean you will not have a bright one Just lean into yourself in this moment feel your breath And allow all other thoughts to not consume you Just acknowledge them and watch them like clouds floating by And part of what makes a human species so special is that we are resilient We have made it through some dark times And we saw the light and we made it Gently beginning to fight in a memory from your past When you really didn't know if everything was going to be okay As you welcome this memory and just know you are safe and you are supported and that you are loved And just lean into yourself here And notice how you are in this moment and you are okay And sometimes thinking back to these past moments of ourselves it reminds us of how we really are resilient We can be reminded of how we really felt so overwhelmed by everything in our lives And now here we are today feeling a little bit lighter And this feeling is yours for the taking When the world around you gets to be too much Just come back to the thought of what you can control Ask yourself,

What do I know right now?

It can be bringing yourself back to the moment I know I am sitting here meditating You can always come back to this thought throughout your day What do I know?

If you are going for a walk,

Saying to yourself,

I know that I am walking I know my feet are touching the ground and moving my body I know the breeze is flowing by me and I am listening to the birds chirping away I am just coming back to that moment and noticing what is going on in this present moment No matter how big or small,

Just being aware and grounding yourself Anxiety likes to trick us,

Likes to try to convince our minds that we are not as strong as it And that is not true You are doing so well Knowing that your sensitivities and your feelings and your nervous system helps you survive in this world It helps show what is going on inside And these feelings that you might be feeling today are showing that you are receptive of it How amazing is it that you can support yourself in these times and that you are resilient?

Taking these next few moments now to really be proud of yourself for everything you have endured and learned And your wisest,

Most magnificent version of your future self will look back on the version of you today and be so happy you didn't give up on yourself You got this You have your feet planted firmly in the earth,

Ready to stand your ground and move places you are meant to be You have your palms open to receive all the good that the world has to offer you There is so much good ahead of you And just knowing that in order to know the good in our lives,

We may need to be intimate with challenge and struggle And this is where a lot of the precious lessons lie in our lives Thank them now,

Thank yourself And one way we can look at anxiety is having it not be us It doesn't belong to us and we don't belong to it We can look at it as a way to strengthen our skill to coexist We coexist with anxiety You do not fail when it comes back You strengthen by moving forward Every time you feel it coming into your body,

It is a way for you to really utilize that strength you have That perseverance You got this You are strong You are beautiful and brilliant and you are thriving Thank you all for joining me And I wish you love and happiness always Namaste
