Find yourself in a comfortable seat,
Either in a chair or seated on the floor on a cushion.
Spine is tall,
Shoulders relaxed,
A gentle smile moving into your face.
Sensing the movement of the breath in the body and allowing for a deep inhalation and a long,
Slow exhalation.
Doing that three times.
Each time you exhale,
There's a greater sense of arrival,
Of presence,
Of relaxing back.
Your eyes can close or soften the gaze and direct it towards the floor.
Repeating these affirmations to yourself in your own mind or just simply allowing the affirmations to just move through you.
I greet this day feeling relaxed and receptive.
I'm excited to receive the gifts of this day.
I trust in the natural flow of life.
I amplify joy and pleasure today.
I focus on what is working in my life.
Creative opportunity flows easily through me.
