Get comfortable, let the earth hold you, and allow yourself to reflect on the new intentions and dreams you want to cultivate. What are you ready to release to make space for those dreams to grow? Let your breath guide you and deeply listen to your heart. Trust this moment. Celebrate where you are and see where your new beginnings take you.

Welcome to your meditation.

This is your time.

A new moment.

A fresh,

Clean slate.

As you take a moment to get really comfortable,

You may choose to sit in a chair or on a meditation cushion.

You might even choose to lie down in relaxation pose on a yoga mat or even listen to this as you're getting ready for sleep.

Whenever you decide to listen to this meditation,

Here's what I want for you.

I want you to feel like you have landed.

Wherever you've been before this,

Wherever you will go after this,

None of that matters in this moment.

Listen to my words.

Listen to your breath.

Listen to your heart.

As you take a nice,

Deep,

Full breath in,

Fill your body up with that fresh new air and open your mouth and exhale.

Again,

A nice,

Deep breath in through your nose and open your mouth and release.

With this next breath,

Draw your energy back to you wherever it's been today.

Draw it in as you inhale and as you exhale,

Release any tension.

Let your body simply relax.

Letting your breath now just naturally travel in and out.

You might start to hear that natural wave of your breath.

On the inhale,

Maybe your belly expands a little more,

Feeling that air travel up,

Opening the heart.

As you exhale,

Release the wave of your breath.

Letting a sense of calm and wellbeing come over your body.

Like I said,

You've landed.

In this moment,

You can exhale.

You can relax.

You can surrender.

There is nothing more you need to do in this moment except allow your breath to breathe your body.

Allow your body to let go.

Let your mind open.

Relax,

Your heart open.

Relax your spirit feeling so relaxed.

As you bring awareness to the top of your head,

See if you can let your mind soften.

If you're feeling like your mind is a little restless in this moment,

Imagine that any thoughts that come into your mind are like clouds.

Big,

Fluffy,

White clouds in this big expansive sky.

You watch those clouds float in and float out.

And as you let those thoughts float in and out like clouds,

You feel your forehead relaxing.

You feel your eyes softening.

You feel every muscle in your face relaxing.

As you swallow,

Feel the back of your throat softening.

The inner nose releasing,

The inner ear even,

Totally relaxing.

Let your jaw unhinge,

Your tongue relax.

The shoulders feel as though they're melting away from the ears.

Maybe rolling the shoulders back a few times just to help release them and help to open your heart.

As you continue this scan down the body,

Relaxing every muscle in your arms,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingers are resting heavy.

If you're seated,

You can turn your palms up,

Resting them in your lap.

Or if you're lying down,

Have them laying at your sides.

Palms turned up is a symbol of receiving.

Allow yourself to receive this relaxation.

Your belly is softening.

Your back,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles and toes.

Everything is relaxed now.

Imagine a white light right at the top of your head and as you inhale,

Draw that white light down.

And as you exhale,

Feel as though it's washing over you like a waterfall of light.

Releasing any negative energy,

Any tension,

Any stress.

It's just washing away down into the earth,

Surrounding you in this beautiful,

Comforting,

Safe bubble of white light.

You almost feel like smiling because you feel so comforted,

So protected,

So safe here.

Can you allow your breath to really be relaxed now,

Traveling in and out on its own?

As you allow this moment to be here,

Letting your thought clouds float in and out,

Letting your breath travel freely in and out.

Bring your attention to your heart center.

I'd like you to reflect on a moment in your day,

Something that you feel grateful for.

This could be the first sip of your hot coffee in the morning.

It could be laughter from your child or beautiful flowers.

Maybe a nice conversation you had or an inspiration that hit you.

Take a moment to see what comes up for you.

What do you feel most grateful for as you reflect on this day so far?

As you reflect on that moment of gratitude,

You can feel how that warms your body,

How it opens your heart,

How it expands every cell of your being.

That is the frequency of love.

It's so healing and comforting.

Be held here in this moment with this feeling of love and gratitude.

Breathe it in deeply and then let it go as you exhale.

This is a new moment.

A fresh,

Clean slate.

In every new moment,

We have the opportunity to invite new beginnings into our life.

Trust that whatever comes from your heart in this particular meditation,

In this particular time,

Is right what you need to hear,

What you need to feel,

What you need to sense,

What you need to focus on.

What new seeds are you ready to plant in your life?

These seeds could be dreams,

Intentions,

A small goal.

What is it that your heart is longing for?

Is there something that you're ready to release,

To let go of,

To make space for these new seeds to grow?

Maybe it's negative self-talk.

Maybe it's an experience from the past.

Maybe it's doubt in yourself.

Maybe it's fear of change.

What comes up for you when you focus on what is it that needs to be released to make space for new beginnings to flourish in your life?

Now whatever has come up for you,

These new beginnings,

These things you're ready to release,

I want you to take your deepest breath yet.

Breathe that in.

As you exhale,

Release these seeds,

These dreams,

These intentions out with your breath.

Let them go.

Trust that you just bringing attention to them is enough in this moment.

Trust yourself.

Trust your dreams.

Trust that the timing of these new beginnings is already unfolding.

Just like a real garden when we plant seeds,

First we have to make sure that the soil is ready,

Right?

We have to weed and we have to clear space and we have to tend to that soil.

Then we'll know when the right timing is,

When the sun is out,

When the weather is warm,

When we know for sure what seeds we're ready to plant.

Now we don't know how they'll turn out,

But we trust our intuition.

We trust the moment.

We trust ourselves.

We plant those seeds in that garden.

Now we can't just leave them there and expect them to grow without tending to them.

So we water them.

We continue to pull the weeds that keep us from tending to those seeds.

We make sure that it's getting enough sunshine.

We nurture them.

Just like your dreams,

Your intentions,

These new beginnings that you long for,

Those need tending to as well.

And then we trust and we wait and we are patient as we tend to our seeds and our dreams.

Because you cannot force a flower out of the ground when it's not ready.

It will bloom in the right timing as it's tended to.

And that is my hope for you as you explore what new beginnings are ready to manifest in your life.

How can you cultivate a place for growth in your life and still let those dreams grow in their own timing and trust that even if you can't see what's happening below the surface,

There is still magic in that seed,

In that dream,

In that new beginning.

Just as you are magic,

Just as you are unfolding in the right timing,

Just as you are blooming,

Blooming in a variety of ways,

As you trust,

As you reach for the sun,

As you surrender,

As you let the earth hold you.

Allow yourself to be in a moment of trust now as you completely surrender and let go.

And I will let you know when it's time to return.

Take a nice deep,

Full breath in.

And a slow exhale breath.

Start to bring awareness back to your body as you wiggle your fingers and your toes.

This time as you breathe in,

Breathe and feel every cell of your body expand.

And as you exhale,

You might softly smile.

In this moment,

You know change is happening inside and all around you.

Good,

Healthy,

Exciting change.

Note that your seeds,

Your dreams,

Your new beginnings are happening.

Keep tending to them.

Keep making space for the things that matter most to you.

Allow yourself to feel comforted,

Held,

Safe.

So you can let your true dreams and your amazing magic out into the world.

One breath,

One moment at a time.

This is a new moment,

A fresh,

Clean slate.

Where will your new beginnings take you?

Take one more full breath in.

Fill your heart with gratitude.

And as you exhale,

Share that gratitude out into the world.

Thank you so much for giving yourself the gift to pause,

To reset,

And to walk forward with fresh new eyes,

With this new moment towards your new beginnings.
