Use this short meditation to connect to + heal your beautiful heart. Know that it's safe to love + be loved. Repeat daily for maximum benefit. Sending you love as you heal. Hi,

This is Shannon.

Welcome to this meditation on healing your heart.

Get into a comfortable position,

Sitting up or lying down.

If you'd like to light a candle or hold a crystal or put on some light background music,

You can go ahead and do that now.

Allow yourself to have this time to be undisturbed.

Turn your phone off and allow yourself to get very cozy and comfortable,

Perhaps on the couch or your bed.

Giving yourself permission to let go and to heal.

As you get ready to heal your heart and you begin to relax deeply as you take a breath in and let that breath out.

Taking a deep breath in and on the exhale,

Relaxing down deeply.

Taking one more deep breath in,

But on the exhale,

Allowing your eyes to close gently down as you settle deeply down into the couch or the bed or the chair.

With each breath in,

Feeling your belly fill up and on the exhale,

Beginning to release any tension in the muscles,

Any tension in your mind.

Feeling very safe and protected and knowing that you're never alone.

You're always supported by,

And you can fill in whatever word works best for you here,

The universe,

Your angels,

Your guides,

Your guardians.

Feeling yourself surrounded by this loving,

Supportive energy.

Feeling aware of your breath as you breathe in and out easily,

Steadily.

Feeling a deep sense of peace and comfort as your whole body relaxes down.

Tuning in now to your heart,

Your beautiful heart.

You may see it or feel it or just sense it.

You can put your hands on your chest if you like and feel your heartbeat.

Breathing into that heartbeat as you continue to breathe in and out.

Feeling your heart to fill now with the beautiful pink light.

It's brilliant.

Feeling a sense of warmth,

Of comfort.

Feeling very supported and loved and allowing your heartbeat to pump this beautiful pink light out throughout your entire body,

Filling every atom and every cell with this loving energy.

Your heart in front of you.

You may see it on a screen or perhaps you hold it in your hands very gently,

Very lovingly.

And as you connect to your heart,

You become aware of any small tears or holes or any tiny injury,

Any part of your heart that has been damaged.

You may notice some scars.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,

Letting go of any fear,

Any discomfort.

And as you observe your heart,

You're able to go to all of the places.

In your heart that have been hurt.

And imagine filling those areas with the beautiful,

Brilliant green light.

And you may see it or feel it or sense it.

Your way it comes to you is just right.

And if any emotion does come up,

Just allow it to come to the surface and gently release.

Knowing that anything that comes up is ready to be released.

Easily and gently.

Just giving yourself permission to let go.

Feeling any old sense of sadness or grief that you may be carrying with you.

Beginning to ease.

Beginning to lessen.

Beginning to release from your beautiful heart.

And imagining your heart like a beautiful flower in the sun.

Just petals beginning to open as you open to love.

This can be love of your family,

Friendships.

Could be a romantic love.

Knowing that it's safe for you to love and be seen.

And to share your heart.

And also knowing that it's safe for you to be loved.

Knowing that your heart always guides you to the right people,

To the right friendships,

To the right partnerships.

Knowing that your heart guides you to connect with kind,

Loving people.

People that live their lives in integrity.

And that it's safe.

Feeling the warmth running through your heart,

Running through your body.

As you get ready to bring this energy of love back with you.

Feeling very connected.

Feeling very loving and loved.

And allowing these energies of love to incorporate into your physical body,

Into your energetic body.

Knowing that when you come back to your full waking awareness,

You'll bring this energy of love back with you,

Into your life.

And I'm gonna count from one to five.

And as I do,

You'll find yourself coming back gently and easily to your full waking awareness.

Number one,

Really connecting with that loving energy.

Two,

Allowing it to ground down into your energetic body.

Three,

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Four,

Bringing back this loving energy with you into your life.

Five,

Coming all the way back into your physical body.

Feeling very awake and aware.

And very refreshed and ready to go about the day.
