And we're going to take some time now to relax,
To slow down,
To connect to a deep sense of inner peace and calm.
Go ahead and get into a comfortable position,
Knowing that it's very important for you to take this time to yourself.
Go ahead and get into a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying down.
You may like to light a candle or put on some light background music.
If you have a crystal that you like,
You can feel free to hold it in your hand or put it on your body.
Maybe cover up with a blanket and take a deep breath in and exhale as you begin to settle,
Giving yourself permission to have this time to yourself,
Giving yourself permission to be undisturbed,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale,
And taking another deep breath in and on the exhale,
Relax now,
Breathing in deeply,
And on the exhale,
If you haven't already done so,
Allowing your eyes to close gently down as you settle into a deep sense of comfort and relaxation,
Knowing that it's very important for your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit to slow down and relax,
And allowing my voice to help you settle into a state of peace and calm and balance,
Allowing my voice to take you deeper and deeper as you continue to settle down deeper into whatever you're resting on,
Allowing your body to become very heavy,
Allowing your mind to slow down,
Allowing any racing thoughts to become quiet,
Knowing that every time that you repeat this meditation,
It does become easier and more natural to settle,
Slow down the mind,
Feeling your breath slowing down with each inhale,
Sending the breath to every part of your body that is holding some tension,
And right now,
Becoming aware of any body parts that are holding on to any tension,
Or discomfort,
Or pain,
And sending a beautiful loving energy to those areas.
You may imagine that as a beautiful light,
Or a warmth,
Or a coolness.
You may imagine it in a completely different way as your body relaxes completely,
And as you settle down deeper,
You're filled with a deep sense of inner peace and knowing,
And it's very easy for you to hear your inner voice,
And to know that it's always telling you the truth.
Your inner voice brings you a deep sense of peace and calm,
And it always keeps you safe.
A strong sense of connection to your environment,
And the people that surround you.
You walk through life knowing that at all times you're completely safe and protected.
Your inner wisdom brings you a deep sense of inner peace and calm,
And this sense of peace flows outward from you to everyone that you meet.
Because of this,
You feel a profound sense of calm,
Both inner and what you project out into the world.
People are drawn to you.
They're drawn to this feeling of peace,
And balance,
And calm,
And you easily make friends and connect with people.
People like being around you,
And you like being around them,
As you feel a strong sense of connection.
It's very easy for you to attract people to you that are loving,
Kind,
And generous.
And your life is filled with new experiences,
And a strong sense of adventure.
It's wonderful to be alive,
And you take time daily to connect with your inner world,
To connect with your inner senses.
And as you do,
They become stronger,
And you feel more connected to yourself,
And to those around you.
And in a moment,
I'm going to count from 1 up to 5.
And as I do,
You'll find yourself coming back gently and easily to your full waking consciousness.
