Hi,

I'm Shannon.

I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist,

A Reiki master,

I'm a certified tapping into wealth coach and more.

I use tapping a lot in my private practice with my clients and it's a really powerful tool.

This is the perfect meditation to do when you're ready to wind down before sleep.

Whether you're going to sleep for the entire night or you're gearing up for a power nap.

If you haven't done tapping before,

Just pause this audio and do a quick Google search for EFT tapping points.

If you're familiar with tapping,

You know that there are many different points that can be used and you're welcome to use any and all points that feel good to you.

Repeat after me or you can choose your own words if that feels good.

A lot of people find it very difficult to relax,

To release,

To let go at the end of the day and a lot of people find it challenging to get a deep restful sleep at night.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

So we're going to go ahead and start tapping on some of the different thoughts and feelings that you might be having around sleep.

We're going to start on the karate chop point.

So on the side of your hand,

Just start tapping with two or more fingers gently.

Taking a deep breath in.

I'm ready to rest.

Taking deep breaths.

I deserve a deep restful sleep.

I'm ready to sleep deeply and peacefully.

I know that I'm safe and protected as I sleep.

Let's start tapping through the points.

I'm ready to relax.

I'm ready to release the day.

Letting go of any problems that I encountered.

Knowing that now is the time for me to rest and relax.

As I take deep breaths in,

I find it easy to settle down.

My breathing is deep and easy.

With every breath in,

I relax.

With every breath out,

I release.

With every breath,

I let go.

I give myself permission to release the stories from today or this week,

This month,

This lifetime.

Anything that's keeping me from relaxing deeply,

I release.

My body and my mind are calm and peaceful.

I feel wonderful as I begin to drift into a state of deep relaxation.

I know and feel that I am safe and protected.

I fall easily into deep restful sleep.

As my breath slows down,

My thoughts slow down.

I find it easy to drift peacefully into a state of deep sleep and relaxation.

I sleep deeply and peacefully,

And my body wakes naturally,

Feeling rested and refreshed.

I wake up feeling wonderful.

Doesn't matter if this is a 10-minute power nap or if I've slept for the entire night.

My dreams are pleasant and healing,

Whether or not I remember them.

As I sleep,

My mind works on resolving any issues I've been working through.

I feel very safe and protected.

I forgive myself for any perceived mistakes that I made today.

I know that I deserve time to rest,

And this is my time.

I wake feeling well-rested and energized,

Light and joyful,

Enthusiastic about the day to come.

As I sleep,

My body and mind fill with positive energy,

And I release anything that I'd like to let go of.

I release tension and anxiety.

On all levels.

Physical,

Mental,

Spiritual.

It's easy for me to let go of the day.

I'm already so relaxed.

My breathing is deep and easy.

With every breath,

I relax deeper into sleep.

With every breath,

I release.

I deserve to rest.

It's easy for me to sleep deeply.

If I happen to be awakened during the night,

I find it easy to return quickly to a deep and peaceful sleep.

Taking a deep breath in,

You can allow yourself to drift into a state of deep sleep and peace and relaxation.
