I'm Colleen Thomas.

This is Daily Magic for Peace.

Today we will craft a vision of a peaceful world.

Welcome to The Circle.

Today all you need is your third eye.

As we land together today,

I invite you to drop into the space of The Circle.

This connection with the other people who are listening to this episode.

Know that they're here with you.

We're all together regardless of space and time.

And as we join and acknowledge the presence of each other,

I invite you to join me into a connection with the body and into a wonderful technology called swaying.

This is a very simple and effortless way that we easily connect with our body without even noticing it some of the time.

And today we're going to work with it intentionally.

So just notice if in your body there's an energy of swaying maybe there already.

And if you don't feel anything,

Maybe bring to mind a big old stately grandfather clock.

And imagine that pendulum swinging back and forth very slowly.

And see if that might pull your body into a gentle swaying motion.

Left and right or maybe forward and back.

Whatever's coming naturally to your muscles in your body.

Just noticing if you can sway a little bit.

Whether in public or swaying is not your thing and you want to be minimalistic.

Maybe just sway a hand.

You can also micro sway very tiny,

Tiny sways.

People don't even have to see it as long as you're aware of the rhythm.

Just back and forth.

The back and forth can be very calming to our nervous system.

Back and forth.

Just noticing that sway,

That rhythm.

And as you're ready,

I invite you to finish your swaying.

Maybe take a breath.

And now let's see if you'd like to join me in connecting to your grounding cord.

Connecting down to the earth.

It's always nice to start these sessions with a nice sense of grounding.

Of being on the planet.

Of being clear on where is my body and where is the earth.

What is the connection?

How can I deepen that?

So feeling anchored.

Feeling connected.

And releasing anything maybe you don't need through that grounding cord.

As you come ever closer to the earth,

To this beautiful earth that holds you.

And from this grounding cord,

Also connecting up.

While connecting down to the earth,

Also connecting up.

Up to the heavens,

Up to the cosmos,

Up to the sky.

Maybe out through the ceiling if there's a ceiling above you.

Out and up into the sky so that you find yourself balanced.

Just easily balanced between heaven and earth.

And today as we consider this divine line that runs above and below,

We're going to come to rest in the area of the sixth chakra,

Or the third eye.

And from this place we're just going to gently notice what's going on in my third eye today.

Is there anything I would like to move out of that space?

Is there anything I don't need in there?

Any old images from media or from social media?

So just noticing if you'd like to release anything,

You could release it up or down or just poof,

It's gone.

However you'd like to move that out of there.

And when you feel like your third eye is nice and cleaned out and cleared out,

The invitation is for you to join me in imagining peace.

Together we're going to craft a vision of a peaceful world.

So to start this process,

I invite you to picture whatever comes to your mind or your heart when I say the word peaceful.

Maybe say it with me,

Peaceful.

And again,

Peaceful.

Just feeling into that word,

Noticing what it is that you see,

And allowing yourself to see whatever you see very clearly.

If you don't see anything,

Just notice if there's anything that wants to come into focus when you hear the word peaceful.

And if you have an image,

I invite you to get clarity on it,

See it clearly,

Almost like it's a three-dimensional object you can move around and see every aspect of.

You can see every color,

Every shadow.

You can see almost the aura or the energy around this object or this scene.

Notice if it's something you want to see or something you want to experience.

You can see it very,

Very clearly.

If you want to,

You could step right into it and have it be 3D right around you and feel it filling up your body,

Your aura,

Your space.

Just engaging with it in a way that feels authentic,

In a way that fills you up and resources your system,

Maybe helps you drop your shoulders,

Soften your jaw,

Feel a little bit closer to the earth,

A little more softened and settled and relaxed,

Peaceful.

And now I'm going to invite you to join me to take a breath and breathe in the peaceful energy from this vision.

Breathe it into your heart,

Breathing it in,

Into your heart.

And now we're going to breathe out and imagine it expanding beyond us,

Out through the space in the room and the area we're in,

Out,

Out,

Out,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding out to the entire world,

A peaceful world.

And we're going to keep repeating that process.

So breathing in the vision,

Breathing in the peace into our hearts and then breathing it out to the world.

And in your own time,

Continuing to breathe that peace into your heart and releasing it,

Spreading it around the whole world,

Sharing this lovely,

Luscious energy that you've cultivated and you've created.

And see it going out,

See it in your third eye,

Going out,

Filling the whole world,

Enveloping the globe,

Encircling the globe.

You might notice if you have any ego attachment to this work,

And if you do just let it go.

Just let this peace breathe you,

Let the breath breathe you,

Let the peace breathe you,

Share it effortlessly with the world.

We are here on the planet as loving,

Giving beings to take this moment to share and to release and to share this peace,

Sharing it,

Sharing it with the world.

Sending it out until you feel like the world has absorbed all that it can.

And when you've reached that place,

I invite you to come to a moment of stillness.

Just witnessing,

Witnessing this peace that you felt from this image or this scene and witnessing how it has now been shared with the world.

May it be so.

Thank you so much for being with us today.

Your presence,

Your energy and your heart make all the difference in healing our world.

Remember to breathe today.

Breathe and expand.

And I hope you join us again next time.
