This is daily magic for peace.
Today we will send our magic where it is needed.
Welcome to the circle.
So today all you need is an open mind.
And what I mean by that is a mind that is uncluttered,
A mind that is really present,
A self that is really present.
So if you don't feel like that right now,
Don't worry.
We'll get there together.
As we land together today in circle,
I want to tell you I am so glad you are here.
I am so glad you are with us.
I invite you to take your seat and begin the simple,
Slow,
Gentle process of calming your body and your mind and your heart.
Allow yourself to just arrive in this moment.
What I'd like to invite you to do is to bring an attitude of kindness into this moment.
Maybe see it as a color,
A color you really love,
A color that kindness would be if it was a color.
And allow yourself to step into a cloud of kindness,
To feel it land on your skin and flow into your lungs and spread through your entire body.
Allow yourself to rest in this kindness.
Feel it around you.
Feel it holding you.
And see if your body has a response to being enveloped in kindness.
If your body maybe feels like swaying a little bit or moving back and forth,
Just really allow that kindness to inform you and allow your body to respond so that it's a conversation between you and this experience of kindness.
What does this kindness feel like?
Do you find yourself smiling a little bit?
Is your breath a little deeper than it was a minute ago?
Now let's play with that swaying motion a little bit.
Maybe let your body begin to sway back and forth to the sides or perhaps to the front and the back.
If you are someplace where swaying might be a little awkward,
You can sway your hand very gently.
You can sway your toes and your shoes.
Just find a way to create a rhythm,
A very gentle,
Very calming,
Very supportive rhythm.
Just lose yourself in the swaying.
Hopefully you're feeling very held and very cared for.
I invite you to notice maybe just on the outside of your awareness that this is something you are giving yourself right now.
There doesn't need to be anybody else involved.
Nobody even has to know what's happening.
This is just a moment of pure self-care,
Self-love,
Just a beautiful moment of connecting with your own heart.
Maybe you can let that kindness begin to sink in a little deeper into your muscles and your bones and maybe you can let that swaying kind of work its way into your heart so it's something you can take with you,
Just allowing this experience to settle in your body.
This magic is just simply to allow the beauty that is us,
The connection that we have to the divine within us or nature around us to allow that energy to come through us and go out where it's needed.
So if you like,
You might place your palms up or out and get in touch again with that heart energy within yourself and see if you can also connect now with the above and the below and let that energy find its way into your palms.
And now is when we're going to just intuit,
Just feel,
Just know,
Know without knowing where this energy needs to go,
Where this love needs to go.
Just feeling our palms and just allowing it to pour out of our palms and to pour across the world,
Across the street,
Wherever it needs to go,
Just allowing it to come through us,
Just allowing this love,
This magic,
This energy,
This positive good intent for the good of all to come through us and to go exactly where it is needed.
And as far as finishing this process goes,
Use your intuition.
Connect in with a heart sense.
You will know when it's finished.
And let's take three breaths together into our heart spaces to transition out of this deep place we're in right now.
Breathing in and out and in and out or in and out.
May we all find rich,
Kind,
Warm,
Luscious spaces and may we share that lusciousness out with the world.
May it be so.
