And let's begin with settling ourselves using your breath.

Really set an intention to unplug from whatever you were doing 30 seconds ago to be in this sacred space with your sacred self right now.

And you can use your breath.

You can think about your breath as like a way to not only oxygenate your entire body,

But to clean it out.

Allow yourself to take nice,

Deep,

Slow inhalations and fully exhale all of the air.

You can feel yourself waking up,

Like your mind getting more clear,

Sharp,

And every part of your physical body working more efficiently.

And for this meditation,

We're going to focus on the chakras starting at the first,

Going up to the fourth.

And then once we do that,

We'll create a flow primarily between our second chakra and our fourth chakra.

So I invite you to breathe into your first chakra at the base of your spine.

And a really nice grounding visualization is to imagine you can drop an anchor from your first chakra into the earth.

And it's going deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep down.

Allow yourself to feel rooted.

If this is a new experience for you,

Just know that you're completely safe.

Once you feel anchored in your first chakra,

We're going to pull our energy and bring our awareness to our second chakra in our lower abdomen,

Where our sex organs are.

And let's breathe into that space in our body.

In fact,

If you feel inclined,

You can put one of your hands on that spot on your body.

And while you breathe in and out of this space,

Check in.

How does it feel?

Use that breath to clean it out,

To awaken it.

Awaken the ideas of fertility,

Of creativity,

Of birthing new ideas,

New ways of being.

And if you've placed your hand there,

Feel free to leave it as we pull the energy and our awareness to our third chakra,

Located right around our belly button,

Our power center.

And if you feel inclined,

Put your other hand over your third chakra.

And as you breathe into it,

Again,

Check in.

What do you feel?

Allow your breath to clean it out and kindle your inner fire.

And when you feel ready,

Let's pull that energy and our attention up to our heart chakra,

Located in the center of our chest.

And I invite you to take the hand that's been on your third chakra and move it to your heart space so that you have one hand still over your second chakra and one hand over your heart space.

Let's do the same thing.

Let's check in with our heart space.

Breathe into any tension or discomfort you might feel.

Use your breath to clean it out and to allow yourself to feel present in your heart space.

And now let's switch arm positions.

So whatever hand was on your heart,

Put it on your second chakra.

And the hand that was on your second chakra,

Put it over your heart.

And now let's just imagine that there's this energetic flow.

See it like as an oval flowing down from your heart into your sex organs,

Coming back up to your heart.

Feel that energy moving around and down,

Around and up.

And allow it to include your third chakra,

Your power center.

So that you're feeling this energetic flow moving through your body.

And whenever you feel inclined,

Switch your hands.

Pay attention to how your body is feeling.

If there's any discomfort,

I invite you to breathe into that space.

Feeling that energetic flow through the bottom half of your body.

If the flow wants to include your first chakra,

Allow it to lengthen.

If you feel inclined to swap out your hands,

Please feel free.

And now let's take a deep inhalation into the center of our heart space.

Checking in with the body.

Do you feel more centered,

More energized,

More grounded?

Take another deep breath into your heart space.

As we acknowledge how healthy this is,

Awakening into our bodies.

And so it is.
