Lie down onto your back.
Relax your face,
Your head,

Your arms and legs.
Begin to notice your breathing.
Picture a long,
Skinny balloon,
The kind used to make balloon animals.
Your balloon can be any color you like.
Once you have the picture in your mind,
Imagine the bottom of the balloon filling up with air first,
Then the middle and then the top.
Let's pretend that our bodies are like the long balloon.
We are going to start with our belly and fill up all the way to our head.
Breathe into the bottom of the balloon,
Your belly,
Now the middle,
Your chest and then into your neck and head.
Now the air goes out of the balloon.
Breathe out from your chest,
Down to your belly.
Let's try it again.
Picture your long balloon filling up with air,
All in one smooth motion,
Bottom,
Middle,
Top.
And now let's empty the air from the top to the bottom.
And we're ready to start again.
Breathe in one,

Two,
Middle,
Three,
Top and empty one,
Top,
Two,

Bottom.
