It feels good to be thankful for all the wonderful people and things in our lives.
And when we feel thankful,
We want to spread that good feeling to everyone around us.
All it takes is a few quiet moments to listen to your heart.
Let yourself feel your heart from the inside out.
What do you feel there?
Maybe it feels warm or you can feel your heart beating?
Maybe focusing on your heart makes you think of a certain color,
A picture,
Or words inside your mind.
Now imagine your heart opening up like a flower so it can welcome in all the wonderful people and things you are thankful for in your life.
During your meditation,
When you feel one of those people or things enter into your heart,
You will ring your bell just like this.
You might ring your bell a few times or many times.
Whatever you do will be just right for today.
