Hey, I'm Shia Astra, And welcome to this session, Helping You Really Be Where You Are. It is hard on the journey to find yourself. It is challenging on the journey to meet yourself, And it is hella hard on the journey to know yourself. So when you put all three of these together and you're like, OK, I'm going to find out who I am. I'm gonna face the truth of who I am, And then I'm gonna start getting to know who I am. It's a lot. And that's before we even begin to embody who we are and step into all of the like potentials and who we could be. But what happens on the journey is we reach all different stages and we need to build skills to be able to move through it. But we also hit points that were like, I just need a fucking break. I just need to take a minute. I just need to be here for a second. Hold on. Everyone be quiet. Everyone stop doing a thing. And let me just breathe. So that's what we're going to work on today. Not necessarily giving you that moment of breath, But actually figuring out why do you need it? And what else do you need? So this session's about aligning to what you really want. Finding what's real and what's true in the center of all of it. Take a nice deep breath. We're going to start going in. We're going to bring in a song by Carly Simon. Let the river run. Let all the dreamers wake the nation. In the part just after this. It's asking for the taking. Trembling, Shaking. My heart is aching. Just breathe here. Is this feeling? We're like, I can see my future coming. I can see what's possible. I can see what's there, But it's so far away, But so near at the same time. And there's all these systems and these things. Everything that everyone's telling me what to do and how to be and what to make sense of and how to live my life. And none of it's hitting inside, None of it's hitting the core saying, Hey. My heart is aching. And the next part goes, We're coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, You are sons and daughters. Sing the greatest song. Stand on a star, And blaze a trail of desire through the darkening dawn. Feel the desire that has been screaming inside of you. Wanting more, Wanting something that you couldn't reach. We're gonna do a little bit of repair work between the brain and the thyroid. Between what we think and what we're capable of doing, Between our head, Our throat. Between what we know and what we say. And that's the one that is like wanting to just jump out. Freak out, Lose it, All the things you said, All the things you didn't say, All the things you've. . . Wanted to say? All the things you've held back saying, All the thoughts that you've thought that haven't been heard. All the times you've felt completely alone inside your own head. Your own heart? Your own being? There we go. We're going to connect this to your diaphragm so the energy can move down and out. May feel a little bit of like a glug glug glug or just a twitching In your diaphragm, Under your ribs, Upper abdomen. I'm just going to look. At the thyroid hormones and how they're moving through the body because there's an under over thing happening where it's like I'm pulled here and I have to dig into the depth to find the energy to do something. And then all of a sudden I've got tons of energy later in the day. I have tons of energy, But not when I need the energy. Why don't I have enough when I need something? And why do I have too much when I don't need something? And this imbalance is like life right now. I know who I am, But I have no idea who I am. I know what I want, But I have no idea who I want. I know where I'm going, But I don't even know where I am. Like all of these things that are pushing and pulling within you. And that's part of the challenge right now is that push. When we look outside of ourselves for answers, We think we know ourselves. I am this sign. I am this gate. I am this personality. I am this number. I am this type. That's not you. There are ways to help you understand yourself. There are ways to help you trust different parts of you while you're learning, But there is a you inside that is. I'm hungry. And wants out. Wants to make a difference, Wants to have power to be able to do what you want in your own life. Next part of this song. Oh, It's asking for the taking. Come run with me now. The sky is the color of blue you've never ever seen in the eyes of your lover. My heart is aching. Coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters. Just breathe here. We're letting the consciousness of the song Me? The parts of you that want. To run free. The parts of you that are so scared and so tired of being who everyone else needs you to be. The parts of you that know better than all of the people that you're following and listening to. And you're sitting there like, What the actual fuck? Because it's not connecting, It's not making sense, It's not changing your life, It's not getting you there. And all the people with all the big fancy titles. I feel so very far away. From you, From who you are, From what you want in your life, From the thoughts that you have. When you put your head on the pillow and you lay there. In pain. Because you want so much more. Than what you have right now. And that ache is what we're going to start to work on. We need to bring in some planets to help us with this. And we're going to start with Saturn. Saturn was the god. Who fathered and ruled the Titans. Also known as Cronus, Father Time. And so Saturn teaches us about how we move through time. How we are able to do what we want in an orderly fashion. How we're able to be responsible. But what's coming up more is all the stuff we don't want Saturn to teach us. All of the realities of life. Who we are, Where we are, What we're doing, That hits into, I don't want to do that. That doesn't feel good. But these are the things that actually teach us what we need to learn. So I want you to think about struggle. How you've struggled, What you've struggled with. I don't want you to name the struggles, And I know that's different than what we often do. I want you to see how the struggle has changed you. Who have you become because of the struggle? What did you not have before? How much did you gain? It doesn't only have to be good. But what are you able to do now that you couldn't do before? What did it make possible in your life? We also need to work on some belief systems in here that are really, Really deep and embedded, Having to do with luck. I'm not lucky. Lucky things never happen to me. And never get to win. Good things never occur. And these are seen as like, This is just how my life is. This is just what I am. This is just what it is. I am powerless to change it. Saturn can teach us so much about how we're able to use what we've learned in time to go forward. But Saturn has those icy rings. As Blue's Clues taught us. And those rings can feel like. . . Things that bind us. That hold us, That keep us stuck, That keep us limited. That keep us in stagnation. Depression. Low energy, Low mood. Fatigue. Also, A lot of these are low thyroid symptoms. And that was what we were just talking about before. So when we start to balance out. It's not necessarily about how do I get rid of all of it? Because that's a different layer of desire. It's more like. . . How do I move through it so that I can learn what I need to learn so that I can grow? And I can get what I need from it. I can take responsibility. For where I am, For what I need to do next. I can be where I am in time. I can find myself in time, In my life, In my body. How do I do all that without burning out? Or. . . And this is where we bring in that hyperthyroid that we were talking about. And the imbalance between the two that's been happening. How do I not suddenly get inspired at two o'clock at night when the house is finally quiet and I can actually get some sleep, But it's the first time in days, Weeks, Months, Years, Decades ever that I actually feel hopeful that things could be better, That things could change, That I could figure it out. I could like, Yeah, Let me go. Let me take responsibility for all of it. And like, Here's how I can do it. And here's what I can do. But that binding, Those rings are like, Nope, This is how you have to stay. We're going to work in the quantum a little bit here. Just take a nice deep breath. Sometimes when we go into the very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very small. It can feel a little bit like Woozymaking? So just breathe. And we're working with the quarks here. These are the tiniest of particles that make up the things that make up atoms. The things that make up matter. Reality, The physical world. And so when you think about going all the way down into these sub, Sub, Sub, Sub layers, There's an exhaustion here, Like I can barely make it through the day. How am I supposed to make it through a life? I can barely get the dishes done or my bed made. How am I supposed to change the world? What are yours? What are the things that have been binding you? That because you can't do A, B, And C, You definitely can't do D, E, And F. So we're going to start to use some alternate timeline energies here. Take a nice deep breath. Because there's a you somewhere that's figured this out, That knows how to do the thing that right now you don't know how to do. There's a you somewhere. That is more capable. Of the piece that is currently keeping you stuck. We're just going to use. . . The consciousness. Of possibility. Infinite possibility. That what if. . . All the quantum stuff. And all the timeline stuff. And all the soul stuff. Is real. Then that means there is a me somewhere out there who knows what I need to know. And that's who we're going to tap in with. That's how we're going to start to feel. The support with. The connection with. That's who we're gonna receive help from. And there is something that you can help them with. Something you do know how to do. Something that you figured out from your life experiences, From how Saturn's helped you learn them. Doing a little bit of this energetic transfer to make sure it's all balanced. And this is temporary. It's like, Oh look, There's this that I can look at it. Now I can see, I can understand it. Cool, Got it. Now I can do it. So this energy is not staying with us. The wisdom gained from it is. And this is Saturn coming into the strength. Of Hey, You learned how to do this. You've got this wisdom now. Nice deep breath. I'm just going to anchor this to the tailbone. So you can feel really grounded and supported. And this is also working on the connection to the hips. So that your hips can feel like, Okay, Where am I going? What's the right path for me? A little bit of Shakira, My hips don't lie. This is where I'm supposed to go. This is who I'm supposed to be. This is, This is what I need to do. This is how I can move forward. And this is how I can Change. This is how I can open the doors to what was holding me back. And this is where. I can see what's next for me. What I need to do, How I can do it. One more nice big deep breath. And we're going to thank Saturn. For all the support. And we're going to check back in with your thyroid. Helping it find balance that those rings aren't to hold you back. They're not to keep you contained. Or opening up possibility. For what comes next. Like, What if you were lucky? What if things did happen spontaneously? What if a miracle happened? What if you woke up tomorrow morning? And something was different in a way that was like. . . Oh my gosh. It's real. There's something here, There's something I can't deny. There's something changing. There you go, We're just letting this integrate. This session may take a few days to move through. You may notice that you feel differently over that time as it's moving through. And that you start to see more of what you want, More of the steps to take, More clarity of how. To be in your body, In your world, In what you want. And in the moment right here and now. In the moment where you can be with yourself. Where all the emotions can come up and do what they need to do. And you can be here in the center. Spinning on your own axis. Moving. The way you want to move. And letting the whole universe, All the big things. . . All the pieces, Letting them do whatever they do. While you're here in the middle with yourself. And what you need right here. Right now. Just one more moment. Integration, Downloading. And now we're good.
