by Shaia Astra
You know that where you are isn’t working as well as you’d like, but knowing how to change things can sometimes feel miles away. What if you could bring it closer, into right here, right now? This session is about recognizing what’s already present in your world, what’s really been holding you in place, and connecting to the life and movement you know is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s get you the support and shifts you need, starting now.

I know that there are times on the spiritual journey,
Times in your day,
Times where it feels like things are never going to move,
Like you're going to stay stuck forever.
But I want you to set everything else aside right now because we're going to go in and we're going to help you get unstuck.
Are you ready?
Let's go.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Big exhale,
And repeat.
It's so easy to feel like breath isn't really doing anything and this is the thing everybody says to do,
But we're starting here because it's something that your system knows.
It's a way that your body is already creating movement that we can begin to expand upon.
It's like saying like,
Okay,
I know you don't know how to jump over that bridge over there,
But you do know how to take a step.
So let's start there.
Just breathe.
We're going to begin to oxygenate the blood.
We're going to begin to activate your brain.
We're going to begin to call upon all of these little bits of physical healing that need to turn on,
That can turn on,
To be able to help you move through and start to get a little bit of energy in your body.
You just keep breathing.
Okay,
We've got to look at the environment that you're in.
It's like,
Okay,
We are going to start to plant a seed.
We're going to grow a flower.
We're going to create something new.
We're going to move forward.
We're going to do all these exciting things.
Except if we try to plant our seed in soil that is not nourishing,
That is old,
That is hurting,
That is struggling,
That is suffering,
It's so much more difficult to get that seed to trust the safety and the security of the soil to be able to grow.
So let's start to think about your environment.
And I know you might have this sense of like,
Okay,
But there's so much going on.
How do I even begin?
Because I can't change them.
Or do I have to change them?
Or what could I do to change them?
Right?
Like all that stuff comes in.
But what we're going to start to connect you to is just the environment itself.
And I want you to see the pieces,
The different people in your life,
Family,
Friends,
Not judging,
Not exploring whether they are helping or hurting,
But just for the moment,
Just see them.
Like,
Okay,
We've got this person,
We've got that person.
This person is over here and that one's over there.
Just see them sort of start to pop up around you as if a little visual of them,
A little image of them could appear in the air in front of you.
Notice how big they are.
Are they little like tiny little inch big?
Or are they really prominent and present in the space in front of you?
And just keep bringing people in,
Your family,
Your friends,
People you work with,
People you work for or who work for you,
People from your past,
People you've met on the street,
The supermarket,
People you've experienced an interaction with.
Maybe someone said something to you and you still remember,
Or a car cut you off,
Or a parent did something.
Let in all of those interactions that are less about whoever,
Whatever it was that did them.
But these things that we've had experiences with over time that have sort of stuck around,
Let those come up so that you can see,
Yeah,
You know what,
Like there's always this guy at the grocery store that's so mean when I go there,
Or the receptionist when I called this place really hurt my feelings.
You may have some animals that are part of your life,
Let them come into so that as you look around in your mind's eye,
You see everybody that you know at all different levels and different people you've had experiences with.
And I want you now to bring to mind different places you've been,
Adding it to the visuals in front of you,
To the image created in your mind's eye.
Places that you've lived,
Places that you've spent the night,
Or spent large amounts of time in,
Work,
School,
Cafes,
Classes,
Lounges,
Airplanes,
Tunnels.
Imagine all of these different places that you have been to or spent time in were right in front of you and you could see like a little postcard,
A little snapshot of them somewhere in the air in front of you,
Mixing in,
Maybe overlapping with people.
Keep letting them appear,
All these places,
And you may find that there are more people that pop up as you remember places you've traveled to,
Places you've seen.
And we're going to add a third layer to this.
And these are the beliefs and the thoughts that you've had throughout your life.
What you've thought of yourself,
What you've thought of those around you,
What did you believe to be true when you were three years old?
What did you think of life when you were eight?
How did you see the world around you when you were 14?
What did you know about yourself at 21?
And who did you think you would be as a child?
See these beliefs floating,
Just like the people,
Just like the places.
See them appearing in front of you,
Like,
Wow,
There's that part of me that really thought my life would look this way.
I really believed I would have this kind of life.
I believed in a happily ever after.
I thought I would be married by now.
I never wanted things to be this way.
Let all those old thoughts and beliefs and ideas and constructs,
Let them be seen,
Let them dance on this huge visual that we're creating in front of you.
And we're going to label this,
My life so far.
So see this name,
My life so far,
Come up in big,
Bright letters,
Splashing over all of these people and places and ideas.
See the letters glowing and bright,
Creating this amalgam,
This mosaic of your life so far and what's been in it.
Now when we see your life so far,
It gives us the opportunity to begin to shift what could be your life upcoming or your life now.
And that's where we're going to start to shift your life so far,
Out of your heart.
We're going to untie the places where it's been tangled,
Releasing it from this feeling of like,
This is mine and I have to do something about it and I have to make sense of it and I have to figure it out and I have to,
Which keeps us stuck in the old.
It keeps us stuck in what was.
So instead we're going to create a new space.
I want you to see that whole my life so far board shift to the side,
Drifting into a memory,
Drifting into what was,
Releasing the intensity of how it's been connected to you as we clear off the space in front of you and we create a new space.
And the words,
My life that is becoming,
My life in process,
My life in progress.
Find the words that are just right for you that say,
This is what I am working on.
This is me starting right here,
Right now,
Going forward.
And yes,
I have a past and yes,
There are people in my life,
But I get to determine,
I get to decide who I want to be.
My life and who I'm becoming,
The journey of who I'm becoming.
See those words big and bright all the way at the top in your mind's eye,
Right in front of you and invite in the people that you love.
See them come in and make sure that they move just where you want them to be.
Maybe you want family to be off to the right.
Maybe you want friends to be a little closer.
Invite in those people that are important to you,
The ones that help you,
That are there for you.
And if you don't feel like you have these,
Invite in the possibility for these.
Hold open the space that says,
Here's where I want to have friends that will be there for me.
Here's where I want to have family that will show up for me.
And see this open space rich of possibility and potential and breathe.
And we're going to invite in the places that hold opportunity for you.
The ones that hold comfort and safety and security.
Maybe the ones that help you see what could be,
Places you want to go to one day.
And see this life forming,
Who you're becoming.
And to this,
We're going to begin to link surprise,
Joy,
Excitement,
Progress.
Let the words come in of how you want to feel into this space in front of you,
Into this space in your mind's eye.
And we're going to build a new connection,
Not from your heart,
But from your solar plexus,
From your diaphragm,
From this place of personal power that gets to say,
This is my life and this is who I want to become.
This is where I want to go.
And you can put one hand at your diaphragm and one hand out in front of you,
Holding on to that connection point as we build this bridge between who you are and who you want to become.
See in your mind's eye,
The power connecting from you to what you're creating,
To who you truly are and who you long to become.
See the space between your diaphragm,
Your body,
And this new map,
This new portrait,
Sizzling with electricity,
With energy.
See it taking form,
Linking to help you discover,
To help you determine what is the next step.
Because we're not going down old pathways of what we knew and who we've been.
We're starting to connect now to who you're becoming.
Take a deep breath in and feel that.
Feel how that wants to show up in your body.
And just breathe.
We're doing some balancing,
We're doing some integrating,
And we're helping you connect to what's next because you're not stuck.
You just didn't yet have the way forward.
And now you do.
And now you do.
Take as long as you need in this space to let this integrate,
To be with this new connection point.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and come back to the room.
