Close your eyes for a moment and feel the space where you are at right now.
Feel your hands resting,
Your arms.
Feel the weight of your body in your chair.
Breathe in and feel your chest expand.
Breathe in again and let the air reach all the way down to your toes.
And exhale.
There's been so much you've been going through and the spiritual journey can feel so absolutely exhausting sometimes.
Let's start to tune in with what we can shift in this place rather than the feelings that nothing is going to change,
That you're always going to be seeking,
That you're always going to be trying to figure out how to move forward and how to get to that next mountain and how to make it through another awakening and another dark night of the soul and another time where it just feels like everything is too much.
So again,
Feel into your body through your breath.
And we're going to start to tune in and help you connect to the core essence of who you are.
There's been some disconnection,
Whether that is beliefs,
Experiences,
Traumas,
Things that you've been through that have said,
This is who you are,
This is who you need to be.
So I want you to start to allow,
To let the ideas and the beliefs and the thoughts come up of who you've been told that you are.
What have other people tried to show you about yourself?
What names have they called you?
What if they thrust upon you,
Perhaps without even your permission,
That was designed to show you that you are someone other than who you know yourself to be?
What if they tried to show you that you're not who you think you are?
And all of these beliefs,
All of these ideas,
All of these concepts of who they think you are,
Who they have told you that you are,
We're going to start to release these.
And I want you to feel,
To see,
To experience those words peeling back off of your body.
Releasing from your heart.
We're going to be holding and pulling those away,
All of these ideas,
Who they've told you you are,
We're going to release those.
Feel them dissolving.
Feel them being pulled out of you.
And notice where in your body you feel that.
Where these words have been holding and hiding.
Take a deep breath and let yourself exhale.
And as you do,
Give permission to yourself to begin to see yourself more clearly.
I give permission to see who I truly am.
I let myself discover who I am.
I let myself see who I truly am.
I let myself see.
And I let myself be seen.
Say these words aloud.
I let myself see.
And I let myself be seen.
Feeling all of those old thoughts,
All of the names,
All of the things that people try to make you believe you are,
Feel them peeling away,
Disappearing,
Off into the ether.
And feel the space that opens up within you that is free.
That doesn't have to believe that you are someone you're not.
That doesn't have to experience the beliefs of another.
Feel where in your body you have more flexibility.
Where in your body wants to move,
Wants to open.
And keep breathing,
Allowing this integration to happen,
Allowing yourself to move forward,
To not be held back by what anyone else thinks about you.
And take a deep breath in as you reaffirm and reconnect to letting yourself be seen.
We brought in this permission,
But now it's the time for you to really bring into your reality,
Your senses,
Who you are,
How you see yourself,
The truth of it,
How you understand yourself,
How you move through time,
How you move through your day,
How you show up,
And how you see things.
And we're going to start to help support with these waves of energy coming in specifically at your diaphragm,
At your clavicle,
At your knees.
You may feel it throughout your body.
We're bringing in these waves to help support the flushing out of who you used to be,
Because it hasn't been working for you.
And you're ready for more.
You're ready to step into that new place of who you truly are.
Let the waves carry you as you start to feel into your essence,
As you start to be reminded of who you are.
Let yourself soften as you feel back into your heart space,
Back into that knowledge that is so bone deep within you of who you are,
Why you're here,
And why this spiritual journey is so very important for you and for who you're becoming and for who you already are.
And in order to do this,
We need to let go of a memory.
And this is something from your past,
Maybe the last few years,
The last decade,
A time where somebody tried to show you what they wanted your life to be,
Where they tried to tell you what they wanted of you.
Let this memory come up from deep within you.
Let the words they said,
The actions they took,
Let them release all the way up and out.
Through time,
Through space,
Like a bubble drifting off into the wind.
See this memory drifting off as we release it,
Freeing you from the intensity and from the trauma.
Nice deep breaths as you integrate.
You're doing so beautifully well.
And this session is that reminder that even when it gets hard on the journey,
Even when you're not sure what to do or how to make it through,
You can find yourself again along the way,
Letting go of the pieces,
Letting go of what you thought you knew,
Who you thought you were,
And reconnecting to who you truly are in this moment,
In this time.
Take a nice deep breath in and feel into your body again,
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Feeling this new sense of flow and energy making its way in,
To help you feel like you've got this.
Yeah,

I do want to move forward.
Feeling this new energy come in,
Calling you forward,
Showing you the next step of your journey.
Let this knowing rise up and continue to show itself to you throughout your day as you integrate deeply,
Profoundly what we've just worked on.
And you remember.

You remember the excitement for the next step of where you're going.
And you can feel back into the right direction so that you can move forward.
