Step into a moment of stillness and reconnect to the truth of who you are as you release who and what you are not. In this healing session, we’ll gently let go of the layers of doubt, fear, and overwhelm, creating space for clarity and alignment. With guidance throughout, you’ll begin to notice the parts of you holding your deeper truth, ready to invite you forward. This is a sacred pause to let go, heal, and realign with your own true self.

Let's just take a nice breath and begin to tune in to being together in this space,

In this way.

I know things have been really busy for you.

A lot of things,

And a lot of places,

And a lot of people,

And a lot of unknown,

A lot of not sure.

And so what I want you to do is just start to see that you are not that feeling of unknown.

You're not that feeling of unsure.

You're not the feeling of I can't figure it out.

You're not the feeling of what do I do?

And I want you to see all of these feelings,

All of these sensations,

All of these parts that you are not begin to drift away.

Falling off of you.

Releasing.

Letting go of what you're not.

It can be so easy to fall into the habits,

And the patterns,

And the cycles,

And the stories of who you think you are.

Instead,

Let's start to separate what isn't you.

And let's start to help you find a way to what truly is you.

So take a nice deep breath,

And feel into the parts of you that aren't really sure how to do that.

Notice where you feel tightness,

Where fear,

Worry might be making its way up.

Notice what comes up for you when you think about finding out who you truly are.

Notice where the resistance is,

Where your body wants to pull back,

Hold.

Notice where the emotions want to bubble up within you.

Begin to notice that there are parts of you that aren't the not you.

There are parts of you that might know.

There are parts of you that might have an idea.

Begin to notice the places within that are holding,

That are afraid,

And breathe right here in this space,

Right here in this place of unknowing,

Of unsure,

Breathe.

And I want you to reach out to the parts of you that do know.

The parts of you that are sure.

The desire.

The parts of you that call to you that there is more for you here.

That your journey is not in vain.

And that you are here for a reason.

Begin to breathe in to the parts of you that are aware,

That know your deeper truths.

Begin to breathe into the parts of you that are asking the questions,

That are saying,

But what about this?

And what if that?

Begin to open space to the you that could be on the other side of this journey that you have begun.

The you that has been inviting you to step forward day by day.

And as you breathe,

We're going to start to open that connection,

That alignment,

That pathway,

So that you can begin to feel the you that you truly are.

Letting go of who you're not.

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

You have taken a powerful step of alignment and connection.

And I'm so proud of you.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back to the room.
