When we are in the process of trying to find our steady,
Our equilibrium,
There are a lot of different pieces that come up that require us to like show up and step up and be who we need to be in order to move forward.
And in order to do that,
We need to have the resources within to be able to move forward.
Hi,
I'm Shia Astra,
And this is a healing session to help you restore,
Replenish,
And breathe into your heart again.
We all go through so many things where our hearts break and it hurts and it's awful and it's painful.
This is where we start to find a minute of space and peace.
This is where we start to go in to the places that are a little bit sore,
A little bit tender.
I want you to take a nice deep breath,
Big exhale,
And just let yourself be here.
It's just the permission to exist for a moment,
To exist in absolute whatever,
Whenever,
Wherever,
Right here,
Right now,
In this moment with all the wrong and all the right and all the pain and all the grief.
Just breathe right here.
These healing sessions are powerful,
And they're not meditations.
We're not just relaxing or calming,
Regulating,
Or trying to control anything.
I'm looking at what's present,
What's actually in your system,
What's actually happening right here and now that we can shift.
And it is beautiful and powerful,
And while you are catching your breath and breathing and letting yourself downshift from everything that's going out there,
We're going to start to look somewhere new.
And this is inside your chest,
Inside your body,
To your heart,
But more specifically the pericardium.
This is kind of like a pillowcase,
A container,
A sack around the heart that protects and relieves friction,
Tension.
It helps keep things safe and healthy and moving and flowing.
And there's,
It's not an imbalance,
It's like this restriction,
This belief system that's laid in here that's like,
My heart can only hold so much.
My heart can only do so much.
And I want you to think about where that comes from.
What happened so long ago?
You were struggling and tired,
And it took everything to get through the day.
Maybe it was yesterday and maybe it was 10 years ago,
15,
20,
You know,
Let yourself see it,
A time where your heart was hurting,
Where you didn't have enough,
You couldn't meet your needs the way that you needed to.
And steadiness was not in the cards,
Not in the picture.
So we need to start releasing some of these memories.
But in order to do that,
We need to do some repair work.
This is where all the heartbreaks have done their job.
And it's actually a part of the heart called the SA node.
And this part of the heart is like,
It's the rhythm.
It's the beat.
It's the electrical movement that says,
I'm alive.
I'm on.
I'm here.
I can do things.
I can change.
I can move forward.
I can step through.
I can be okay.
My heart will keep beating.
I will keep beating.
I'm going to do a little bit of emotional release here.
Along with updating the patterning that's been running through,
And we're going to call upon a really beautiful movie.
It was one of my favorites when I was a kid,
And it is Dirty Dancing.
And there's one scene where Baby is dancing with Johnny,
And she is learning.
She is trying to dance,
Y'all.
And Johnny says something like,
You know,
It's not the mambo.
You got to feel it.
And he puts his hand on his heart and says,
Ga-gunk,
Ga-gunk.
And she slaps at her heart,
Like,
Ga-gunk,
Ga-gunk.
You know,
Like,
I got this.
I can do it.
And he's like,
No,
You got to feel it.
This is what we need for you to feel that heartbreak that you never grieved.
All of them,
Any of them,
Whichever ones are ready to be felt,
Whether this was heartbreak for something you never got to do,
For someone you loved,
For someone who left,
For someone you lost,
For someone that you never got to know,
For a potential that never was,
For a life that never happened,
For what you thought would be.
That's changing.
Your heart broke.
And it took along so much with it.
So we're going to start to release this.
Just breathe.
Let these changes happen.
Let yourself grieve.
All of the love that had nowhere to go,
That feels like it has nowhere to go,
That even years later,
It's like,
Man,
I thought this would be easier.
I thought I could do this.
I thought I was fully over them.
I thought I was fully past that.
I thought I could handle this.
I thought I was strong enough that my heart could go on.
And tap gently at your heart if it feels like it'll be helpful.
There it is,
Starting to move and starting to shift,
And your body is starting to say,
Okay,
If we're not hanging on to everything that was,
Or we thought would ever will be,
What are we beating for now?
And there's more grief that comes up that's like,
Well,
But I thought if I had that relationship,
That person,
That thing,
That dream,
That life,
That popularity,
That calling,
That purpose,
That goal,
That mission,
That love,
I thought I'd be okay.
Now what?
And this is a very different kind of grief because with this grief is a mixture of depression,
Avoidance,
Empathy,
And sadness for what you thought it would be,
What you thought your life would look like,
How you thought things would be.
So we're gonna do a little bit of repair work also at the lower energy centers in your body.
This is sacral work.
This is root work.
This is the sexual organs.
This is the parts of your body that procreate.
Even if you haven't used them as such,
The energy is life.
There we go.
And we're calling upon the natural consciousness of like what these organs were designed for.
Right?
The brain was designed to think.
The uterus was designed to carry child.
There's a purpose.
We're just gonna remind these parts of the body that it's okay to grieve the life you thought you would live,
That you haven't yet.
And it's okay to let go of what you feel like has been keeping you safe,
But actually has been holding you back.
And it's okay to let go of the loneliness where you feel like you're doing everything alone all of the time and it is excruciating.
Let your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your abdomen,
Let it all just soften.
See if you can find just one muscle,
One part of your body there that's ready to let go and just let it,
Let it breathe,
Let it find a new kind of steady,
A new kind of stable.
We're gonna go back to the heart.
And we need to bring in the scene that comes after the g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g And it is the part of the movie where she learns how to dance.
She faces her fear.
She sits in the discomfort.
And she finds a new normal that she couldn't ever have imagined possible when she was first learning,
When she didn't yet feel it.
I've been meaning to tell you,
I've got this feeling that won't subside.
I look at you and I fantasize.
You're mine tonight.
Now I've got you in my sights with these hungry eyes.
And that's what we're going to bring in,
The magic between you and I being,
The magic between who you are now,
What life has brought you,
How you've shown up,
Up until now,
But more specifically,
All of the things about you,
How you're ready to dance,
How you're ready to live life,
How you're ready to heal your heart,
How you're ready to step forward,
How you're ready to create more,
To find love again,
To find life again,
To not let how difficult it is stop you from your destiny,
Your truth,
Who you are becoming,
What's possible for you,
All of the magic,
All of the dreams,
All of the like,
Move your body,
Feel the rhythm,
Dance with Patrick Swayze.
Like,
Come on,
That.
Feel yourself up on stage in front of the crowd.
Nobody puts baby in a corner.
And see your life the way you want it to be.
Your heart healed,
Your strength building,
Your lower chakras and energy centers no longer leaking because you know what you're made for.
You know that creativity,
Rebirth,
Life,
It can happen after death and stagnation and stuck in pain.
You can move forward again.
You can start again.
You can become someone new with a life that looks completely different than how it feels right now.
Feel it.
Dream it.
Imagine it.
See it.
And we're going to bring in that last song.
Now I've had the time of my life.
Because this is a song that is the big finale,
Right?
I've been waiting for so long.
Now I finally found someone to stand by me.
We saw the writing on the wall and we felt this magical fantasy.
Now with passion in our eyes,
There's no way we could disguise it secretly.
So we take each other's hand because we seem to understand the urgency.
This is the part.
Love,
You,
Your life,
Your potential,
That's what you're taking hands with.
This could be love because I've had the time of my life.
This is your life.
Don't be afraid to lose control.
Don't be afraid to let go.
I want you to just feel your heart meeting with your body and your soul.
There it is.
That's you starting to come online.
That's you starting to find your steady.
The you that is underneath it all starting to say,
Hells yes.
It's time for me to have the time of my life.
It's time for me to heal my heart and to know it's healed and to move past it and to not need to keep healing it because it's here,
Whole.

Take a nice deep breath and feel your body start to come online,
Start to come alive,
And feel your heart restored.
