You deserve three minutes to yourself.

Begin by settling in to a comfortable seated position.

Gently close down the eyes if that feels safe for you or settle in to a soft gaze.

Envision a golden thread lifting from the crown of your head,

Straightening your spine.

Shrug your shoulders up to your ears and drop them down and back.

Begin to narrow your awareness,

Tuning in to the space around you.

You might notice any passing sounds,

The temperature of the surrounding air,

The feeling of the ground beneath you.

Just notice these things as you settle into this space and settle in to your body.

We're going to take three cleansing breaths together.

Begin by exhaling all of your air out.

Inhale through the nose and sigh it out.

Ah.

Inhale through the nose and sigh it out.

Inhale through the nose and sigh it out.

Slowly return to normal breathing but stay here in this moment.

Notice this sense of peace,

This sense of lightness.

No person or thing can steal this peace if you do not allow them.

Hold tight to your inner peace and be well.
