Settle in and settle down.

As you lie,

Visualize the night sky,

Clear and vast,

Adorned by the luminous full moon.

The moon in her majestic completeness hangs high,

Casting a soft silver glow that dances over the still world below.

A full moon is a celebration of culmination and wholeness,

A symbol that mirrors your journey and growth.

This radiant beacon in the night sky holds a sense of completion and realization,

A mirror reflecting the energy within you.

Inhale deeply,

Absorbing the moon's energy,

A mix of peace,

Celebration and reflection.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any thoughts,

Any feelings that no longer support you,

Any residual energy of the day that's passed.

With each breath,

Feel your body relax more deeply into your bed,
