
Returning To Our Wild
When we are in a state of anxiety, we are often lifted out of our bodies and into the ruminating mind. A healing practice we can always trust in is to return to the ground. By using our senses intentionally in nature, we can return to a place within us that is naturally regulating, grounding and healing; allowing us to really be in the physicality of our experience.
