This is Naysha from Semangat Life Mission.
This is a quick self-check meditation that you can do throughout the day just to stay connected with yourself and how you're feeling.
So,
Just focus on your breathing and just observe the way you're breathing.
Are you breathing superficially or very deep?
And how is your body moving with you throughout the breathing process?
You don't need to change anything.
You just need to become aware of your breathing.
And then bring your attention to your body and just become aware of what is happening there.
Just scan your body from your head to your toes.
A quick scan.
Just become aware of your head and just notice if there's any changes,
Things like intensity or hardness or pain or lightness,
Flow,
Just anything.
Go through your neck and just scan.
Also your shoulders,
Your arms,
Hands,
Your upper body,
The front,
The back and the inside of your upper body.
Just observe,
Just become aware.
And then move down through your legs all the way to your feet.
And then notice if you can feel your body as a whole or does it feel like separate parts.
And then you bring the attention to your emotions.
What exactly are you feeling?
Which emotions?
Is it just one emotion or are there many emotions at the same time?
Are they light or intense?
And how are your emotions connected to your body?
Do you feel like any pain in your body or any tension or anything else?
And you become aware of your emotions.
And then you bring the attention to your thoughts.
Just observe your thoughts.
Your thinking,
Whatever you're thinking.
Are you thinking in a fast pace or slowly and light?
Are you clear or do you have a lot of thoughts at the same time or is there something else going on?
And where in your body do you feel your thoughts?
Is it in your head or somewhere else?
Then you move to your heart center.
Your heart center is in your chest at the height of your physical heart.
And just notice what you're experiencing there.
What is going on in your heart center?
Are you radiating?
Are you shining from the heart?
And are you able to receive from the heart into the heart?
Is there a balance in this exchange?
And if there isn't,
What do you need?
Okay,
Then ask your heart to set an intention for the next moment.
Whatever it is,
What is your intention for now?
Is there anything you need?
Anything you want to do?
Anything you wish?
Your heart will tell you.
The first answer that comes up is the answer to that question.
Know that whatever your heart desires,
It will surely make you happy.
And you will start radiating and shining more.
You will start living from the heart more and more.
So just enjoy your day for now.
You can do this meditation anytime throughout the day.
