This guided meditation is for you if you know your intuition is strong, but you are overwhelmed by too many thoughts. You might feel your head is taking control of you, while at the same time, you hear the soft whispers of your intuition. Take these 11 minutes to relax and align, to connect with yourself and to open up to the messages of your intuition. You will be in such an alignment that you will know what to ask and open up to the answers. This meditation has helped my clients become so aligned and relaxed that their intuition came to them naturally. Doing this daily will soften the thoughts in your head and strengthen the relationship with your intuition. Make sure to practice making space for intuition. Your thoughts will naturally become background noise.
