Hey there,
Sensitive soul.
This is a guided meditation to open yourself up to intuition.
So bring the attention completely to yourself,
Just noticing what is happening in your body.
Take a few deep breaths all the way into your belly,
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Do this a few times making sure that the out-breath is longer and softer than the in-breath.
And while you keep breathing in and out and your body relaxes more and more,
You bring the attention to your body and just notice your body.
Notice any tense parts,
Intense parts,
Without doing anything to change it,
Without judging it,
Just noticing,
Become aware.
And notice any body parts that feel good,
That feel light,
Feel like the energy is flowing and moving there.
And then bring your attention to how you're feeling,
All the emotions,
Noticing whether there is one emotion maybe or one feeling dominating or that you have several feelings and emotions.
And also just noticing them.
You don't have to change anything,
You don't have to judge them,
Just let them be there.
And notice if these emotions and feelings are somewhere in your body or around your body.
Notice how they feel and are they moving or are they in one place.
And if they are moving,
Where are they moving towards.
And then bring the attention to your thoughts and notice if there's one thought or many thoughts.
In the pace of your thoughts,
Are they calm or racing?
Are they in your body or around your body,
In one place,
Moving?
And if they are moving,
Where are they moving towards?
And imagine that there is fear in front of you,
That you could put in anything that you want to give to the earth.
So it could be anything that you want to give out of love,
Maybe you want to share your skills,
Bring a certain surface to the earth,
Knowledge,
Love,
Lightness or some other qualities.
But maybe you also want to put in there things that you want to transform or get rid of or change.
So put anything in the sphere that you want to hand over to the earth so that the earth can recycle it and use it.
And when you've done this,
Drop this fear into the earth,
All the way to the center of the earth.
And notice what is happening in your body and in your system while you're doing this.
At the same time that you are doing this,
You might feel in your body,
In your system,
The simultaneous exchange from the earth coming to you in a lot-fold,
Multi-fold.
Everything that you're giving to the earth is coming back to you at the same time.
Notice your body.
Notice what you are feeling.
And then imagine another sphere that you want to send out to the sky or the universe or the sun,
The masculine part of the universe,
Masculine counterpart of the earth.
And put in there everything that you want,
Everything that you want to give or share,
But also everything that you don't need anymore,
That doesn't serve you.
And put everything into this sphere.
And similar to what you just did,
Send this fear out into the sky,
To the sun or into the universe,
Noticing what is happening in your body and your system.
Noticing what happens when earth and universe come together inside of you.
Maybe you feel that a space has opened up within you,
Within your system.
Ask yourself questions.
Maybe start by asking what is important for me right now?
And then stay in this silent space and let the answers come to you.
Whatever comes to you first,
That is the answer from your intuition.
Then maybe ask what next action is important for me?
And again,
Wait for the answer.
If nothing has come up yet,
Give yourself time and just stay in this silent space.
And I'll give you a moment to ask any other question.

You can turn off the audio.
And if this is enough for you right now,
Bring the attention back to yourself,
To your body,
To the room that you are in,
The physical space,
Listening to the sounds around you,
Feeling your body,
Feeling the temperature of the room and the air on your skin,
Moving your hands and feet a little bit,
While at the same time,
You're integrating all the answers that you just got from your intuition,
Also aware of the form that it came in.
And knowing what to do next,
The next moment,
Knowing what is important to you right now.
So take all this with you and enjoy the magic and beauty of life from within.
