Confidence is an ever flowing spring that we all have deep down within us.
It's just a matter of digging deep and allowing it to flow through.
This guided meditation will help you to tap into that confidence while working with the angel,
Jophiel.
Jophiel is the angel of eternal beauty and love for oneself.
Right now begin to breathe gently,
Accepting an oxygen that provides you with life.
Imagine that oxygen has an energy flowing up and down your body,
Helping you to relax more and more.
Inhale accepting the air that the trees provide.
Exhaling,
Providing the trees carbon dioxide they need to live.
Life is in perfect balance and harmony when you focus on your breath.
Now it's time to open up.
Give yourself permission to relax and enjoy this meditation.
You can sit up with a straight back or lie down with your arms by your sides.
Whatever is comfortable,
Just allow your weight to sink into the ground as your body begins to relax more and more.
Feel your body getting rooted.
Imagine roots spreading down through your feet and into the ground.
Take a deep breath in,
Gathering up the energy of the earth into your heart.
In a deep exhale,
Seeing this energy spreading out all around you.
Now begin to breathe in a slow and steady rhythm as you do allow any feelings,
Emotions,
Or thoughts to float in and out of your awareness.
If you notice yourself becoming distracted,
Just become aware of that return to your breath and the meditation.
Begin now to visualize yourself in a place that you feel safe and grounded.
That could be somewhere in nature,
Could be in a temple,
Could be somewhere else.
Just see yourself any place you feel safe and grounded.
You notice a bubble of energy surrounding this space.
It allows infinite amounts of emotions to be expressed without any fear of judgment.
We also imagine Archangel Jophiel appearing across from you.
This angel may look more feminine with long,
Wavy hair and wings that stretch out in each direction.
Atop of their head sits a dazzling crown of gold in different colored jewels.
And each of Jophiel's hands are vases with crystal clear water in them.
Jophiel bows and smiles at you.
This incredible angel across from you asks for you to bring to mind anything that might block your confidence.
What moments of guilt,
Shame,
Or doubt might take away your confidence?
Bring up any experiences,
Any moments that you felt drain that confidence and that creativity.
Accept anything as it comes.
No judgment.
Nothing is good or bad.
And we need to accept these things so that we can heal from them,
So that we can clear anything away from our pool of confidence.
Imagine Jophiel pouring out water from one of the vases as it makes its way over to you.
It washes over you.
Washes over those experiences.
It washes over all of the blockages and the feelings that keep you from tapping into that deep confidence and creativity.
You can feel a cool,
Loving sensation washing it all away.
Imagine that water pools onto the ground and becomes absorbed,
Transforming into new energy that gets filtered by the trees and all the living life around you.
Archangel Jophiel then pours the other vase out and you begin to feel a deep and loving energy filled with confidence and creativity that surrounds you.
This energy seeps into all of your pores,
Seeps into your skin,
Into your muscles,
And deep into your soul.
Feel divine confidence and creativity beginning to flow through you.
Feel that eternal spring of confidence flowing and bubbling up to the surface.
Imagine a healthy stream of energy filled with creative confidence flowing into your heart and into your mind.
This stream will flow healthily for long after our meditation today.

Imagine Jophiel fading away.
Imagine that safe space fading away as you bring that confidence and creativity back into the physical room with you.
You reconnect to your body and all your sensations fully return.
You bring all of your power,
Your mindfulness,
And energy fully back into the here and now.
Take a deep inhale and hold it at the top.
Imagine confidence and creativity filling you up.
Hold for as long as you are comfortable.
And then when you're ready,
Exhale and imagine that energy spreading out into your reality.
You can begin to stretch your body now.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes as your breathing returns to normal.
