Begin to get comfortable and find your breath.
Notice if you are breathing fast or slow,
Heavy or shallow.
Slowly and comfortably lengthen and deepen your breath.
Find that place that feels good to you and focus on creating a rhythm with your inhales and exhales.
And now I would like you to let go of any expectations you have about this meditation.
We are here to send love to the areas of our lives that need them the most.
Addictions and unhealthy habits are something that we all have and we all go through it.
They come with their own lessons.
But once it becomes time to transcend them,
To go beyond them,
To let them go,
It can be difficult most times.
But it doesn't have to be.
By doing this meditation,
You are setting yourself up for success.
So give gratitude to yourself for giving yourself the time to heal,
To balance,
To improve your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
In this meditation,
We will reprogram those unhealthy habits and addictions into something positive that will help you to achieve your ultimate dreams using affirmations along with an ancient tone in 417 hertz,
Which is known as the tone of change.
This tone will affect not only your conscious mind,
But it will take root deep into your subconscious.
This will assist you in shifting any unnoticeable patterns,
Some of those more stubborn habits and addictions that were created from any kind of trauma,
Childhood trauma,
Adult trauma,
Etc.
Return to your breath,
Maintain a comfortable rhythm of inhaling and exhaling.
And now open your mind and your heart and receive all that you need.
Begin to visualize a golden beam of light coming in through the top of your head.
And imagine what it would feel like for that beam of light to travel down through your entire body,
Through all your cells,
Through all your atoms.
Continuing down through your arms,
Into your legs,
And out of the bottom of your feet.
See the golden beam turning in to roots as they go deeper and deeper into the earth until they reach the core of the earth and wrap around it,
Anchoring you and grounding you.
All along the roots,
Imagine as egg-shaped pockets begin to form.
These pockets hold and store energy,
And you can utilize this energy anytime you wish.
And now return to your breath,
Find that steady rhythm of inhales and exhales,
Allowing you to relax your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
As we go through affirmations to reprogram yourself.

For some,
This can be an immediate effect.
For others,
It may take some time,
Like a seed.
But also for seeds,
It's important to nourish them with water,
With sunlight,
With love.
Not that your reprogramming needs actual water,
But my point is that for these changes to continue to grow into something bigger,
More beautiful,
It will take some nourishing.
It will take some persistence.
So you can continue to listen to this meditation as often as necessary to get the results that you seek.
And now just accept these new changes.
This will allow it to work more smoothly for you.
It's important to know that these affirmations,
This meditation,
And the sacred tones can assist you in your pursuit of releasing any unhealthy addictions and unhealthy habits.
But there's only so far that they can go.
Ultimately,
You have to take the step to change it.
You need to take the action to get the reaction.
And by listening to this meditation,
You are taking the first step.
So stay patient,
Persistent,
And positive while making these big changes in your life.
Begin to think about what it is that you ultimately want to achieve in your life.
What kind of habits would assist you in achieving that?
For example,
If you wanted to become a writer,
You would want to get in the habit of writing.
If it's your dream to become a great musician,
You would want to get in the habit of playing music.
So what kind of habits do you need to create in order to achieve your ultimate dreams?
It works the same for addiction.
You can replace any unhealthy addictions with something that can help you achieve your potential.
When you think about what it is that you want to accomplish in life,
Replace your unhealthy addiction with something that will help you.
Take a moment to realize what that is.
Visualize yourself taking those necessary steps for creating healthy habits and addictions One tool to help you with this is your willpower.
Willpower is associated with your solar plexus chakra,
Which is below your heart and above your belly button.
You can visualize the color yellow as a ball of energy in that area and become mindful of whatever feelings come from it.
As you inhale,
You are receiving the fresh new energy from the universe,
Cleansing and clearing and balancing your solar plexus chakra.
And now your solar plexus is cleansed,
Cleared,
And charged up.
Visualize that ball of energy,
That yellow sphere in your solar plexus as it begins to fade away until it disappears.
Remember the more you resist the unhealthy habits,
The more your willpower will grow and soon you will be strong enough to accomplish anything.
