Hello and welcome to this meditation.
We're gonna take two minutes to meditate on enjoying life more.
So relax,
Take a deep inhale.
If you can,
Close your eyes.
Exhale and begin to relax.
Think of a moment that you really enjoyed life.
If you need to,
Create one and put yourself in that moment.
Feel what you were feeling.
What did it feel like to enjoy that moment?
Bring that feeling to you right now.
Think of a few simple things that you can do in your life right now to help you enjoy life more.
Maybe that's just taking a second to breathe deeply.
Or perhaps there's a favorite tree or some kind of nature nearby that you get to enjoy.
And then begin to come back from the meditation.
Take another deep inhale.
Hold that for just a moment.
And then exhale and let everything else go.
