Will you join me for a moment to just pause and be?
Let's close the eyes and take a deep breath in together and out through the mouth.
Another deep full breath in and out through the mouth.
Let's let out some sound and sigh.
One more breath like this deep full breath and really feel the belly and the chest expand and then exhale through the mouth with a sigh.
Allow your body to be still and just feel what's happening in your body.
This body is such a gift.
It has carried you through this life,
Allowed you to experience so much of what you enjoy,
The pleasures,
The pains,
This full spectrum of life.
So let's just take a moment and allow the body to be.
Give the muscles permission to relax.
Allow the feeling of the bones to soften down.
And know that right now in this moment,
I am with you.
I am here with you.
And whatever you're feeling is okay.
Whatever is arising is okay.
I invite you for these next moments together to simply be with me.
There's nothing for us to try to fix,
No problem to solve.
In this space,
It's okay to rest,
To breathe,
To begin to feel the stillness of your own being.
Whatever anxious or stressful thoughts arise,
They're not who you are.
Yes,
They come,
But they're not who you are.
They are an experience.
Remember,
You are this infinite space.
The truth of who you are is vast,
Unlimited,
Exquisite,
Just like the blue sky,
Eternal.
And these unsettling thoughts or emotions,
They're like the clouds that move across this magnificent blue sky.
They come and they go.
They're transparent in nature.
Let's take a moment right now to just watch the thoughts,
Without holding on to a thought,
Without judging the mind for thinking this thought.
Can you begin to witness your own mind?
Just notice a thought and let it pass.
Notice another thought and let it pass.
And then let's consider if we are able to observe the mind,
Then who is the one observing?
If we are able to witness these thoughts,
Then we are the one watching the mind.
We are not the mind.
Feel this question inside,
Who am I?
From a place of curiosity,
Of openness,
Who am I?
Who am I?
Let's take a breath together into the heart,
Your beautiful heart.
Yes,
I know your beautiful heart.
I know your presence.
Remember,
Just like the thoughts,
The emotions come and go,
And it's perfectly okay to feel whatever you're feeling,
No matter how uncomfortable it feels,
It's okay.
It's a moment.
So let's breathe together into whatever emotions are present right now.
You have everything you need already within you,
Right here in your precious heart,
My love.
Take another deep,
Full breath.
It's okay to feel.
I'm right here with you.
Bring to mind a time from your life when you felt really proud of yourself,
Like you accomplished something that you felt so grateful for.
Remember how capable you felt,
The sense of having what you needed within you,
Even if it was a challenging task,
You drew on your own inner resources.
You have everything you need within you right now.
You have so much wisdom,
Intuition,
Knowledge,
Love,
All of these resources within you.
And even beyond these resources,
The light of your own being,
The grace of who you truly are,
Beyond these thoughts and emotions,
Even beyond this body.
There is this infinite light,
This grace of who you are,
This beauty of life,
Your essence,
Never alone,
Always connected to all of life.
This unending ocean of love,
Of presence.
And you are so loved,
My love.
You are so cared for.
You have so much support around you right now,
In this moment,
Even though you can't see it,
Even though it's so easy to forget,
You are so cared for.
Start to ask for support.
Your guides,
Your angels,
However you experience these beings all around you that are here to support you,
To love you,
Begin to welcome them in your daily life.
Call on your own soul,
Your own light.
Remember who you are.
Remember how loved you are.
How deeply cared for and supported you are right now,
In this moment.
