Welcome,
Beloved,
Precious soul.
This meditation is an invitation to cultivate and nourish your relationship with your soul.
I invite you to find a comfortable position seated or lying down.
Take a slow deep breath and feel this life force filling you.
And then exhale,
Feel your body settling.
Exhale deeply,
Allow your belly and chest to expand.
Exhale let it go.
Breathe naturally.
Feel the ease of your breath supporting you to relax a little more with each passing moment.
If you can,
I invite you to place your hands over your heart.
Welcome your soul,
Maybe you have an image of your soul or a feeling sense of your soul.
Or maybe this is a new exploration for you and you simply have the thought,
I welcome my soul.
Take a deep breath into your heart center and as you exhale,
Feel or imagine that there is a softening in the heart.
This breathing into the heart allows for more space,
Presence,
Compassion,
Love.
And now from your heart,
Speak these words to your beloved soul.
Oh my precious soul,
I love you.
Sometimes I feel alone in this world,
But I'm learning that you are always with me.
Sweet soul,
Fill me with your comfort.
Open my mind to know that I am you.
Fill me with your love so I may feel how profoundly,
Eternally loved I am.
My precious soul,
Allow me to feel you in every fiber of my being.
Help me to remember that I am light,
That I am life itself.
Oh sweet soul,
Fill my heart with your peace.
Fill my mind with your peace.
Help me feel that I am never alone.
Hold me.
Hold me in your grace.
Hold me in your love.
I didn't realize I was so lost in the outer world,
Searching and seeking for you.
I give you permission to embody me fully,
My sweet soul.
Thank you for your love.

Thank you for showing me.
I am light.

You can practice speaking to your beloved soul,
Your beloved self every day as often as you wish.
Nurture your relationship as soul.
Nurture this most precious relationship with your own beloved light.
Let your candle touch on me.
Slowly begin to move the body.
