So let's find just a moment to settle into the body.
Maybe taking a deep breath or two.
And gently closing the eyes or looking downward just to limit visual distractions.
Sensing into the body.
Feeling the bottoms of the feet on the ground.
Feeling the bottoms of the feet on the ground,
Of the body and the sea.
Sensing into the belly as it rises and falls with each breath.
Feeling into however the belly feels now.
Sensing into the heart region,
Chest.
Seeing what we can notice physically.
Around the chest.
No judgment of the sensations.
No agenda.
Simply sensing.
Opening to more and more depths,
Layers,
Layers of what we can feel.
What we can feel.
Exploring the ins and outs of the sensations of the body.
Recognizing sensations for what they are.
Allowing them to be here fully.
Investigating them with this caring curiosity.
Nurturing the sensations of gentle awareness.
Wishing ourselves sense of safety.
Health.
Happiness.
And ease.
Maybe taking a deep breath or two.
Feeling the weight of our body and the seat.
The downward pull of gravity.
Connecting with our feet on the ground.
Slowly opening our eyes whenever we're ready.
