I'll just start by taking a couple of deep breaths.
You can close the eyes gently or look downward to limit visual distractions.
Finding a sense of balance in the body,
Balance of groundedness and uprightedness.
Balance between left and right.
And balance between leaning forward or settling back.
Sitting with some sense of dignity,
Sitting with some sense of dignity,
Wakefulness,
Balance.
This wakefulness of this experience in the body.
We are capable of being capable of being capable of being awake for each moment as it is.
Capable of meeting each moment with caring curiosity.
We are capable of this sustained embodied presence and we are capable of this sustained embodied presence as we breathe.
We are capable of sensing into deeper layers of experience in the body.
Meeting these sensations,
These emotions as they are without judgment or agenda.
Feeling capable of being kind to ourselves.
Capable of feeling simple sense of care for ourselves.
Capable of bringing the same quality of caring awareness to the rest of our experience for the rest of the day.
Capable of meeting more and more moments with this non-judgmental moment to moment awareness.
More and more capable of being awake for the rest of the day.
We are capable of being capable of being awake for the rest of the day.
Be taking a couple of deep breaths.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling a sense of balance in the body and in the mind.
Maybe wiggling your fingers or toes and slowly opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
