And just sitting or standing or laying down,

However you want,

Whatever feels good to you.

Can find a posture that feels enlivening,

Dignified,

Or really comfy and cozy.

You can find a posture you've never tried before.

Whatever you want.

That having the intention to be here fully,

However our body is contorted,

Or however our body feels,

Having that intention to be fully in the body,

In the body,

In this space,

With lots of yummy awareness.

Awareness can keep your eyes open or close them,

Or look any direction you want.

I'm gonna have mine closed gently.

Really feasting on the flavors of this moment right now.

Noticing the mixtures of ingredients in this moment,

From textures in the body,

Movements of the breath,

And the brain.

And sounds,

Internal and external.

Internal and external smells of you or your environment.

Whether they're pleasant or unpleasant,

Whether they're pleasant or unpleasant,

Just exploring all these different parts of your world right now.

Allowing yourself to go deep as you want.

No judgments of this moment.

Just full,

Open acceptance of everything that's here,

Unfolding in our spacious awareness.

Accepting all that's in this moment.

Accepting all that's in this moment.

Accepting gentle stillness.

In the same way we can accept fear.

In the same way we can accept fear.

In the same way we can accept shame.

Enveloping everything with loving acceptance.

No need to be afraid.

Anything in our experience.

No need to be afraid.

Breathing in and out.

With this loving awareness.

We open to all the parts of ourselves with loving awareness.

Even if we're scared.

And if we don't,

Are we really here?

Soaking in the fullness of this moment.

Open acceptance.

And may we open more and more to our experience for the rest of the day.

Maybe taking a deep breath or two.

Wiggling your fingers or toes.

Slowly opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
