
Energising Morning Practice: Deeper Version

This energizing morning meditation (slightly deeper version) is the same as the previously recording, except without music, by request. It is designed to jump start your day in the right direction, and uses hypnotic suggestions combined with positive affirmations to penetrate your subconscious mind. Over time, repeated listening and a regular practice will help create new neuropathways, leading to a more relaxed, positive and happy you.

Good morning,
Friend.
I'm Susan Lorenzo Blair and I welcome you to this morning meditation.
Thank you for joining me today.
I'm excited to be with you.
A goal of this meditation is to activate your mind in order to create a state of energized peace that boosts your mood and lasts throughout the rest of your day.
Meditations that include hypnotic suggestions and positive affirmations actually create new neural pathways over time,
Making us happier,
More relaxed,
And positive people.
So for optimal benefit,
I invite and encourage you to return to this and similar meditations each and every morning,
Allowing them to penetrate your subconscious in increasingly positive ways.
Okay,
Let's get started with our practice this morning.
Sit or lie in a comfortable position with your arms open,
Legs uncrossed,
Eyes closed,
And palms facing upward.
Now draw your attention to the crown of your head and let your head be gently lifted while your spine is gently engaged.
Now imagine a bright golden light gently warming the crown of your head.
This is the universal light and it carries to you abundant life force energy known in ancient traditions as prana or chi.
Please allow this warm golden universal light to move down,
Down now.
Golden light,
Light settling into the space between your brows.
Golden light,
Light in the cradle of your third eye.
Allow it to vibrate and swirl and tingle here,
Right in the center of consciousness,
Awakening your senses just a bit more.
Good.
Now feel that warm golden universal light,
Light as it travels down,
Down your entire spine,
Gently warming and energizing each vertebrae,
Gently warming and energizing your whole body.
Good.
Breathe.
Just be and breathe.
And as you inhale now,
You are filled with universal light with life force energy,
Prana,
Chi.
Now your breaths have become cleansing breaths.
With every inhalation,
You are energized.
Your whole body is energized.
Your mind is energized.
Your spirit is energized with nourishing,
Uplifting life force energy.
And so light needs the awareness of darkness.
And so when you exhale,
You will now release anything you no longer need today.
Just breathe,
Inhaling deep,
Nourishing,
Light filled cleansing breaths.
And with every exhale,
Release darkness,
Negativity,
Toxins,
Release,
Release,
Anything at all you do not need to bring with you into your day today.
Good.
Very,
Very good.
Now with your spine still engaged and your head gently lifted,
Allow your shoulders and your seat and your feet to sink down,
Down into the grounding of the earth beneath you.
Allowing your body to sink down,
Down,
Deeper,
Deeper,
Allowing your muscles to soften,
To relax deeper,
Deeper,
Down,
Down,
Allowing your mind to calm down,
Down.
As we go deeper,
Deeper.
If at any time you notice any tension or discomfort,
Or you notice that your mind seems to wander,
This is actually good.
Because noticing means that you are becoming aware.
Noticing means that you are present right now in this moment.
And those are the keys to meditation and mindfulness.
So please do not try to resist any distraction or discomfort.
Simply notice whatever you can about it and return to the sound of my voice and the space between my words.
Now let's move into our affirmation space.
This space is the safest,
Most liberating place we can be and we can access it at any time throughout our day.
Now in your mind's eye,
Move down,
Down,
Deeper,
Deeper into your safest,
Most wise,
Most kind mind.
As you travel down,
Down,
Deeper,
And deeper,
You notice that this is a beautiful place of brilliant emerald greens and brilliant royal purples.
Feel the color and the energy around you filling all of your senses.
This is the center of your highest consciousness,
The mind within your heart center.
See yourself floating in this wonderful place surrounded by color and light,
Feeling safe and happy and calm and open and free.
In this place,
As we focus on our affirmations,
You will be expanded into the universal positive awareness that will carry you throughout the rest of your day today.
Good.
Now you are ready for your eight daily affirmations.
One.
Today is a gift that I cherish.
I am grateful for any blessings or lessons that come my way today and I will welcome them with an observing mind and a willing heart.
I know that anything that comes my way today is for my ultimate good,
My highest good,
Even if it doesn't seem that way at first.
Today is a gift I cherish.
Two.
Today,
I know exactly how to handle every situation and every person I encounter.
I am wise,
Creative and clever enough to instinctively know when I must be an observer,
A listener and a helper.
I know when I need to apologize and I do so readily.
I also instinctively know how to advocate for myself and assert what is fair and right for me.
Today I know exactly how to handle every situation and every person I encounter.
Three.
Today I am abundant in all good things.
I have everything I need today and I appreciate with contentment what is already in my life as this is what creates space for more abundance and blessing to come to me.
All good things are always on their way.
Today I am abundant in all good things.
Four.
Today I appreciate,
Honor and respect my body and listen for its wisdom.
With each breath,
I remember that my body is a miracle.
I lean into any physical or emotional discomfort I may feel today because I know that these are signals that are wise and trustworthy teachers.
Today I nourish and hydrate my body,
Mind and spirit with a satisfying amount of pleasurable and healthy foods and beverages.
I strengthen and stretch and condition my body with movement.
I make sure to get enough play,
Relaxation,
Quiet and sleep so that my body can cleanse,
Heal,
Restore and regenerate itself.
Today I appreciate,
Honor and respect my body and listen for its wisdom.
Five.
Today I open my heart to kindness and compassion.
I allow kindness and compassion to melt away resentments,
Judgments and harsh criticism I have towards myself and others.
I feel myself expanding and evolving in love every day in so many ways.
I easily choose love over fear and I can easily discern the difference more and more each day.
Today I open my heart to kindness and compassion.
Six.
Today I practice acceptance.
I accept and love myself.
I accept whatever I need to do today.
I accept my flaws as part of my beauty,
My mistakes as portals of self-improvement and pathways to personal evolution.
I accept the full range of my emotions.
I accept others as they are and I accept that I cannot change anyone other than myself.
I accept invitations and love from others.
I accept the beauty and goodness that comes my way.
Today I practice acceptance.
Seven.
Today I practice generosity.
I give everywhere I go in any way I can,
Whether a smile or a hug or a compliment,
A gift or token of appreciation.
I remember to lift the spirit of others with my presence.
I have no need to hoard money or possessions as I know that abundance is always coming if I am open to its ebb and flow.
I practice generosity with my time,
Talent and treasures because I know that whenever I give,
I also receive.
Today I practice generosity.
And eight.
Today I operate from my highest consciousness,
My highest integrity,
My highest expression of love and light in thought,
Word and action.
Today I operate from my highest consciousness,
My highest integrity,
My highest expression of love and light in thought,
Word and action.
Today I operate from my highest consciousness,
My highest integrity,
My highest expression of love and light in thought,
Word and action.
And so it is.
And so it will be.
And so it is.
Please take a moment to feel these affirmations settle and then go ahead and seal them into intentions in your heart,
Mind and spirit.
Shortly we will be coming to the end of our meditation.
Remember that if you return to this meditation every morning,
You are guaranteed to notice the positive changes in your life and in yourself.
In a few moments,
You will open your eyes,
Return your awareness to your surroundings and be fully ready to enter your day in a state of happy,
Positive,
Energized calm.
