Satita is a 200hr RYT & a mother of 2 little active boys. With a high discipline & great devotion in both of her personal practice & teacher training, slowly but surely yoga have become the way she lives her life. She loves to teach Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative, Chair. In her class, her hope is to transfer joy, light, & love to all through the practice. Her goal is for her student to feel good about themselves, feel accomplished, enlightened and able to take yoga outside of the mat.
